Torrox is located approximately 50 km. east of Malaga. Along the coast of Torrox’s 9 km of beaches, you can walk on the beautiful beach promenade. Torrox is situated only 9 km from the famous Nerja caves in Maro and only 8km from the white village of artists' Frigiliana. The cosy coastal town of Nerja is also just 7 km away. The emblem of Nerja is the Balcon de Europa which is something that should be experienced. From here you can look down on the small beaches situated between the rocks and have an incredible view all up and down the coastline. If you like fishing, there is a small fishing port in Caleta de Velez at approx.9 km west from Torrox. The Golf Club - Baviera with its 18-hole course is also situated in Caleta del Velez only 20 km from Villa.

Comment The Beach-Villa REF. AHRCo100 is situated in Torrox-Costa, in a lovely private street and only about 20-30 metres from the beach. It can make use of a communal pool at about 200m distance and having the Mediterranean sea just around the corner, of course, might be a delightful alternative. The house has about 170m2, an own private garden with terraces, 2 exterior dining areas and sunbeds and also a private garage for easy and safe parking. The house consists of: on ground floor: a large living room, a semi-separate dining room, a separate kitchen, 3 large double bedrooms (2 with large double beds and one with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (one with bath tub and bidet, the other with large shower), and an ample round-shaped second lounge with fireplace adjoining the living room and with access out to the covered back porch terrace with dining area, ideal for breakfast and nice dinners outside in our mild climate. on the upper floor: going up a nice wooden spiral staircase from the second lounge, there is a large "tower room" with a window facing the sea. This can be used also as a double bedroom with 2 single beds. Specially children love this bedroom, for it´s unusual round shape and the sounds of the sea waves at night... As you actually don´t need more than 3 bedrooms, you could also choose this one as their 'play room' or further relax room. :) The house is also equipped with Astra-SAT TV and plenty of beach equipment for a fun holiday. In our opinion, this property is a great option for a family vacation as it gives you the possibibility of a retreat in your own private garden, with lovely BBQs or "al-fresco" dinners but also the freedom for the children to stroll off to the beach for a quick swim in the ocean "without a huge removal"... Also the pleasure of evening walks along the promenade enjoying the sunsets and the possibility of dinners with drinks in the near restaurants without having to take a car (nearest at only 50 metres at the beach) make this Villa a sure choice.
