The application was developed out of the necessity to have all verbal authorisations, partnership agreements or instructions between parties in a sales or advisory capacity, as well as intermediaries and their clientele, safely stored, encrypted, and communicated. All verbal communication from users digital devices – client authorisations, new contractual documents, amendments, and new business applications can now be safely vaulted, renamed, notes added, stored, and communicated on a safe and secure platform. This will be done on calendar format, enabling the user to set follow up reminders and contracting with their clientèle. Documentation can also be uploaded from the device's gallery along with the saved verbal calendar entry. All call recordings are securely vaulted through Reco mobile's web portal and is easily retrievable by client name and unique reference number (This is assigned to each new call recording for eDiscovery and date). Vita.systems and all its business practices and processes are in accordance with the latest (“POPIA”) legislation and compliancy act. Vita.insure data/security and privacy policy is endorsed by Celegenix. A real-time noticeboard communication platform is available, providing its users with the latest trends and legislative topics. A prepopulated “document library’, an industry first, available on your mobile device. Vita.insure recording application with all its multiple benefits will be available on a monthly or yearly subscription licensing fee, including our value-added product benefits. A month-to-month discounted combination subscription is also available, with both the network simcard with UNLIMITED calls benefit plus the Vita application. Vita.insure makes it easily accessible for a client or audit committee to retrieve and listen to a call recording at any given point in a supported format across any internet browser. A verbal broker authorisation note appointment granting the subscriber access to client info with only a few easy steps. ASTUTE will follow current protocol requesting such verbal authorizations from the advisor.

Call recordings are synced to the Google cloud platform in real-time from the user’s mobile device, encrypted at rest and vaulted in a secure storage bucket which is backed by Googles compliance register and audit report. This ensures that all calls are authentic, and a Secure Signing Certificate is generated with a reference number on each recording. Any changes to a call recording is documented automatically by Google cloud platform and the reports are accessible in the console.

Archiving Data

Vita insure makes use of Google cloud platform’s “Firebase” infrastructure for database, storage, and hosting. For more information on Firebase please refer to https://firebase.google.com/.

All call recordings are archived in Google’s storage container for life and cannot be removed/deleted as there are always three copies available and replicated over multiple zones (in total 9 copies are generated of a call recording once it is synced to Google’s storage bucket instantly). Only accessible by the Vita subscriber and permission granted to 3rd party.

All call recordings are synced to a Google Cloud Storage object container which is replicated three times at REST that ensures a 99,9999999% data loss prevention over three Geographic zones simultaneously (one zone has three locations). Password Protection

Each subscriber’s application is password protected making it easy to access and retrieve all saved data. Registration process by the subscriber insures our data protection.
