Lead the team in partnership with SHIVYAWATA to plan, develop, and direct the execution of programs, policies, and researches as they relate to advocacy, and awareness, including diversity and disability inclusion. Formulated 2 advocacy strategies that allowed 10 OPDs to implement inclusive education programs for PWDs. Coordinated OPDs monitoring in 16 regions to track advocacy policy obligations on the inclusion of people with disabilities on employment, education, and health services. Initiated strategies for inclusion, positive relationships, and collective action, improving participation and OPDs accountability.

Distributed assistive devices to 900+ children with disabilities in 40 schools during the implementation of an inclusive education project. Organized 13 workshops and training programs that empowered youths’ social sustainability and engagement in structural reforms. Designed and executed 3 project frameworks that minimized interruptions during program implementation. Prepared 2 advocacy reports and performance evaluations with the program team Advocated for government budget increase in promoting inclusive education to children with disabilities. Presented 3 advocacy policy briefs to the Government aiming to strengthen and promote inclusive employment.
