COMPLIANCE Conflict of Interest It’s that time again! If you have given or received any financial interest to/from any third party during September 2022, please send the *details to Financial Advisory Conflict Of Interest [email protected] for inclusion in the COI Register. The PPS Group FAIS Conflict of Interest Management Policy states that PPS or its representatives may not give to or receive from any third party a financial interest of more than R1000 per annum. A “financial interest” means any cash, cash equivalent, voucher, gift, service, advantage, benefit, discount, hospitality, sponsorship, other incentive or valuable consideration - for example, lunches, drinks, golf days, etc. “Third Party” includes a product supplier, another FSP or an associate of a product supplier or an FSP. *Details must include the following information: Branch/Department, Name and Surname of person/company offering financial interest, Name and Surname of the recipient of financial interest, Date received/offered, Type of financial interest received, Financial interested offered in Rands, Financial interest received in Rands, Any additional comment.
