11. TICKETING ^For NET Fares Arriving with LAN or TAM (SAA1) level, tickets must be issued separately, and in connection with an international ticket to/from South America on LA/LP/4M/XL/4C/JJ/PZ/IB or LA operated by LA with segments to/from South America. ^For NET Fares Arriving with Others (SAA2) level, tickets must be issued separately, and in connection with an international ticket to / from South America operated by other Airlines* with the exception of AR/AV/TA/CM/B6/DL/S3/NK/2K/AF/KL/UX/G3/DE/TP *(other Airlines must have MITA agreement with all the carriers participating in the routing) Please Insert the Correct and complete International Ticket number in the Endorsement box, if the International ticket number is incorrect or missing some numbers you will receive an ADM. Issuance with MCO or PTA is not permitted TTL : Tickets must be issued 14 days before departure of first segment. If the reservation is made within 14 days prior to departure, the maximum time limit will be 24 hours after the reservations. LAN Airlines (LA), LAN Express (LU), LAN Ecuador (XL), LAN Peru (LP), LAN Argentina (4M) and Iberia (IB) . LAN Colombia (4C), TAM (JJ), TAM MERCOSUR (PZ) & Iberia (IB) reserve the right to change the Time limit. AIRPASS Tickets must be issued by Selected IATA agents on LA (045) or JJ (957) ticket stock. 12. TICKET ENTRIES: FARE BASIS: As per paragraph 10. 14. REFUND Refunds are allowed before the journey begins, paying a USD50 charge. This refund does not apply to the international leg arriving or leaving South America. Refunds are allowed after the journey has started, paying a charge equivalent to the difference between the value of the original ticket less the legs already flown and plus the USD 50 Cancellation Charge. 15. DATE AND ROUTING CHANGES Date/flight charges are allowed on the day of travel or before. A USD 50 fee will be charged every time the ticket is changed. For CHD fares, the same discount will apply to the USD50 fee. If, when changing the date/flight, the original fare is not available, the passenger can purchase a higher fare paying the difference plus the USD 50 fee. For date/flight changes of tickets that have been partially used, the difference between the value of the new ticket less the original ticket will be charged, plus the USD 50 fee. Changes after the day of travel are not allowed. 16. STPC Not applicable. 17. BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE If the passenger arrives in South America with LAN, their luggage allowance will be the same as for their international leg to South America. If the passenger arrives in South America with another airline, their luggage allowance will be the most restrictive considering the international flight on which they arrived in South America and their domestic or regional legs.
