2022 HIGHLIGHTS 2022 was a great year. After almost 6 years in the business, we did emerge victoriously in the business after all odds. We successfully distinguished ourselves and defined the impact to create value and fuel long-term growth.

TECHSERA The Covid-19 Pandemic has challenged the whole world. New opportunities have developed across industries and we could showcase ourselves most positively during this period. The pandemic has allowed us to redefine and rethink where, how, and why we work. During Covid19, TechSera has focused a lot on supporting employees. It's great to see people getting back to the normal routine as they begin to open their lives and think about returning to the office across the globe. And after almost two years of WFH, we are here all excited to return to the office in a hybrid model since April 2022. In our continuous efforts to strive for better work-life balance and greater flexibility with our return to the office, we brought in some guiding principles to ensure a successful pilot. Today, we work together in entirely new ways that have improved our work and lives.

FUN CLUB: TOGETHER WE BUILD A STRONG TEAM
A successful team, what does that mean for you? Today we see several organizations encourage their employees to have positive team bonding. And why not? For an organization to work at a top level, it is essential to build a team who can contribute to the overall success of the group.
While everyone's definition of an effective team is different, we at TechSera aim to promote interdependence, trust, and shared goals. In 2022, we formed “Fun Club” to organize monthly teambuilding activities. The main aim is to explore how to bring them together and transform them into a productive team.

INTRODUCING THE “KNOW YOUR COLLEAGUE SECTION” For every employee, a workplace becomes their second home. And while working, knowing who your colleagues are can bring in more trust, build a better bond and improve your communication skills. While we make our newsletters interesting with content and current events within the organization every month, we also aim to bring in more productivity and creativity as we build strong relationships with the people around us.

FESTIVITIES @TECHSERA Festivals - the greatest aspect of a workplace, brings every employee closer. Celebrating different festivals is a tradition at TechSera proactively, allowing engaging employees proactively by celebrating and recognizing national or international festivals. This allows employees to feel more connected to each other. In 2022, we did celebrate Diwali – Ethnic day, and Christmas. From decorating to exchanging greetings & gifts to distributing sweets and bonding together for team lunch, we enjoyed every bit of it.
Festivals promote diversity, bring neighbors into dialogue, increase creativity, offer opportunities for civic pride, they improve our general psychological well-being. In short, they make cities better places to live.
TECHSERA INDIA GOT A NEW ADDRESS Moving to a new office is a lot of work. A new workplace comes with new energy, excitement, and greater responsibility. Much appreciation for Richa and her team. They indeed did a great job and were thoughtful to find a place that gives a positive vibe and a comfortable environment to work at.
NTE’S VISIT TO TECHSERA INDIA Client visits ensure to meet of the business goals. We at TechSera aim to bring a positive impact and help clients become the next and best versions of themselves. And we had our first client visit to the India office by our partners from Northern Tool + Equipment. A much-appreciated visit that included a well-executed meeting by both NTE and TechSera management. Most importantly, the happiest moment was when the clients recognized Fahim, Rohit, and Gaurav for the hard work and effort they bring in.
NAVARITHI: 5 YEARS OF TECHSERA It’s been a special year as TechSera completed 5 years in the industry in February 2022. The 5 years journey wasn’t easy. We have faced many challenges in successfully implementing sustainable practices and principles within the organization. As we look back, we have been able to make a difference by helping our wonderful customers with our knowledge and expertise. On the 5th Anniversary, we celebrated the event in Vivanta, Whitefield, Bengaluru on 17th December 2022.
ANNOUNCING TECHSERA'S NEW LOGO
For any organization, a new brand identity represents a major investment that identifies and distinguishes the brand in consumers' minds. And for us at TechSera, we have a significant change that defines our brand identity, i.e., our latest logo which we are proud of. Abhijeet Singh proudly announced the launch of the new company logo as part of the ongoing evolution of our company's brand during our 5th-year annual celebration in India.
