born 9.26.08 went to heaven 12.7.21 always in our hearts
he kept us company while we were fishing
he protected me from everything there is a reason why dog and god are so similar
he lived a long and happy life
he made me and my dad and Whisky laugh
he loved the creek as much as Dad and me
he was a good dog brother to Whisky
he was soft and cuddly
he liked to run as much as me ...but I was faster!
he and Whisky took me on the best walks
he was the
best dog ever
with a very big heart
his heart was this

They Will Not Go Quietly
They will not go quietly, the pets who’ve shared our lives. In subtle ways they let us know their spirit still survives. Old habits still can make us think we hear them at the door Or step back when we drop a tasty morsel on the floor. Our feet still go around the place the food dish used to be, And, sometimes, coming home at night, we miss them terribly. And although time may bring new friends and a new food dish to fill, That one place in our hearts belongs to them… and always will.
