Expenses The Borrower will cover the following preparatory. These costs won’t be refundable, even if the loan is not granted. - Financial and registry data (estimated costs): 30 euros Registry consultation (Extract and Consultation) Financial data bases consultation (SABI) - Appraisal: This requirement has the purpose of calculating the maximum amount of the loan to be granted. The society appointed by FRUX CAPITAL, S.L. for this purpose is SOCIEDAD DE TASACIÓN S.A. A quote for the appraisal will be requested from the appraiser and will be submitted to the customer prior to the appraisal. These expenses shall be paid through bank transfer to the following account: FRUX CAPITAL INVESTMENTS S.L. ES82 0081 7064 1900 0159 3263 FRUX CAPITAL S.L. won’t start with the loan evaluation process until this transfer is fulfilled. Disclaimer This application doesn’t guarantee the granting of the requested loan nor forces in any way FRUX CAPITAL, S.L. to grant it. The granting of the Loan will be based on the veracity of the data provided by the borrower and those gathered by FRUX CAPITAL. The Borrower undertakes not to make substantive modifications in the data provided in this application without previous communication and approval by FRUX CAPITAL. Any substantive modification (different from the ones emerging from the ordinary course of business) of this data with a negative effect in the Borrower’s capacity of fulfilling his obligations will imply a breach of the Loan Contract and will allow FRUX CAPITAL to terminate the contract immediately.
Data Protection (in spanish) De conformidad con lo dispuesto por la Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal, el Prestatario queda informado, y acepta, que los datos personales que proporcione en el marco de la solicitud de préstamo realizada, se incorporen a un fichero automatizado o no responsabilidad de FRUX CAPITAL, S.L. (en adelante, FRUX CAPITAL), y sean tratados con la finalidad de gestionar la obtención del Préstamo solicitado y mantener la relación jurídica que se derive de la concesión del préstamo, en su caso. A tal efecto, FRUX CAPITAL podrá consultar los datos de solvencia patrimonial del Prestamista (así como de cualquier garante, fiador o avalista de quien éste facilite datos) en cualesquiera ficheros de acceso público a los que esté legitimado para acceder (tales como ASNEF), y tratarlos de forma automatizada con la finalidad de valorar y analizar su solvencia patrimonial, y remitir a los interesados comunicaciones, incluso por medios electrónicos, todo lo cual se autoriza por el interesado. Los datos solicitados son obligatorios, siendo necesarios para el cumplimiento de las finalidades indicadas y sin los mismos no podrá gestionarse la obtención del préstamo solicitado. Además de las finalidades expresadas anteriormente, el Prestatario acepta que sus datos personales sean tratados por parte de FRUX CAPITAL para remitirle comunicaciones comerciales, incluso por medios electrónicos, relacionadas con las actividades que desarrolla. Los datos personales serán utilizados por FRUX CAPITAL y se podrán comunicar a terceros proveedores y/o prestadores de servicios cuando ello sea necesario para el mantenimiento, desarrollo, gestión, cumplimiento y control de la relación establecida con el Prestatario o para el mantenimiento, desarrollo y gestión de la propia actividad de FRUX CAPITAL. Tales empresas podrán estar situadas dentro del Espacio Económico Europeo o en otros países, algunos de los cuales pueden no ofrecer un nivel de protección equivalente al que existe en dicho Espacio. FRUX CAPITAL S.L. no cederá los datos personales a terceros, salvo cuando ello esté previsto por la Ley o cuando previamente haya recabado el consentimiento debidamente informado del Prestatario. Los interesados podrán ejercer los derechos de acceso, rectificación, cancelación y oposición dirigiendo una comunicación escrita a la FRUX CAPITAL S.L a la siguiente dirección de correo electrónico
[email protected]. El Prestatario podrá oponerse al tratamiento de sus datos con fines promocionales, manifestando su negativa a la recepción de comunicaciones comerciales publicitarias, enviando un correo electrónico a
[email protected], o bien a través del procedimiento que se establezca en cada una de las comunicaciones comerciales que se le dirijan. Mediante la firma de la presente solicitud, el Prestatario declara haber informado a los terceros interesados sobre los que haya facilitado datos a FRUX CAPITAL, (propietarios, ejecutivos, garantes, fiadores, avalistas y/o empleados), sobre la finalidad y tratamiento de sus datos personales, haber recabado su autorización a dicho tratamiento, y consiente expresamente en su nombre y en nombre y representación de los terceros interesados sobre los que facilite datos, que los datos de carácter personal que sean necesarios para la gestión de la relación jurídica que se establece, comunicados en cualquier momento a FRUX CAPITAL, puedan ser tratados por ésta conforme se estipula en este documento así como las comunicaciones y cesiones previstas en él.
