Beneath the hue of the vault of heaven... Contemplating the beauty of nature and beckon... Incessant joy, tranquillity surpasses the rainstorm... Lending an ear to scarlet minivet euphony delusion... Wrapped around the mist, Feeling deep down the heart ... Drops kissed goodbye to all anxieties and worries... Zephyr fondles through the torso, cold snap blankets the cosmos… Magnetized towards the dark woods, ivory tower, and the disconsolate soul… Pitter-patter drizzling penetrates deep down the cerebrum ... Revives the withered soul but couldn't fathom...... 2. “A WEREWOLF, A STAR, OR A LOSTBOY.” - Kritagya Wadhwa, BA. English Hons (1st year) Here I am – a human being full of complex systems with blood gushing through my veins, and breath coming in and out of my lungs. But tonight, I no longer feel human. I AM ROSHNI.... - Priyanjana Ghosh (1st year, B.A. History Hons) Running down the streets the cool breeze fleeing upon my cheeks I look up to the sky with millions of dreams filled in my eyes; I see the birds flying with open wings and cotton candy clouds formed in rings, suddenly I hear the ding dong bell striking on the beats at sharp twelve. I return from my world of dreams feeling the burn of the hot acidic liquid, I scream; My eyes get filled with tears and all I could think that someone could take away loads of pain that I bear. I am Roshni, literally the light; I am a firecracker maker, only nine; I earn money for my poor family; I have burdens on my shoulder that no one else can carry. My entire body, filled with such burns and I work hard every day under the bright-burning sun; My world has no blue sky, black-grey smokes tend to abide; My happy smile comes when I see my family run. I am a child labor, and this is my reality that my world is drowning in the deep ocean of such cruelty… 4. With you I want to start My Time, My Time must end on you, You are A Reason for everything good, A Reason to write daily something new. 5. लेखनी - ि यंका यादव (3rd year, Hindi hons) लेखनी बोल पड़ी अचानक ही, रे मनु बता आज,िकतना ज री है हम तेरे िलए? ज ात मन म उमड़ने लगे, जब िकसी से कुछ कह न सके, मनोवेग को कट करने के िलए, िकसी गूंगे की आवाज हो। परदे श गए बेटे के िलए, माँ के आं चल का सार, अंधकार िमटाने के िलए, ान की वो तेज धार हो, सब को बां धे रखने का, तुम ही सू धार हो। कैसे कह दे िक तुम ज री नहीं, श ों के मोती से वा ों की माला िपरोती,सतरं गी रं गों से जीवन म कई रं ग भरती,आसमा को जमी पर उतारने का नज रया तुम, कहीं िकसी की रोजी-रोटी का ज रया तुम, ेम- णय से छलकता आ ाला तुम। जीवन प रचय िलखने को, कृित की रचना करने को, कोरे कागज के िलए ाही सी,िकसी लेखक का मन की शां ित पाने को, िव शांित लाने को, नफरत िनवाय हो। शु हवा के िलए,

6. खूबसूरत सपना - िनलेश िसंघल (2nd year, B.A. Vocational SME) एक ारा सा सपना दे खा मने, िजसमे कुछ खास नहीं था। एक मेरा आिशयाना और तेरा चेहरा था। अब रोज़ थोड़ी न म अपने स े ार का चेहरा दे ख पाता ँ , ये तो संयोग हो गया इस बार की, तेरा चेहरा िदख गया। मने सोचा नहीं था की हमारी पहली मुलाकात कुछ इस कदर होगी,पर कोई नहीं अब बस ये सपना ना टू टे , िदल तो टू ट चुका है मेरा, अब बस तेरा ाल िदल से ना छूटे । अगर तू अब चली भी गई तो ग़म नहीं होगा, अब ा सच ा झूठ मुझे सपने मे थोड़ी न पता होगा। िफर भी थोड़ी दे र क जाना, मन को अ ा लगेगा। हालांिक कोई ज़बज ी नहीं है, िफर भी एक पल के िलए ठहर जाना,मन को अ ा लगेगा। मेरा सपना तो टू ट ही जाएगा, और कल िफर सवेरा आएगा, उस सवेरे की धूप मे चाहे कुछ भी हो जाए, तुम िछप मत जाना। मेरे सामने आ जाना और यू खड़िकयों से ताकते मत रह जाना। तु ारी इं तज़ार रहे गी, बस इतना कहना चाहता ँ िक समय का बां ध ना टू टे , िदल के भाव यूँ िफजूल मे ना ठे ,

ार तो आएगा और जाएगा, बस ये ल ा मेरे िदल से ना छूटे ।

7. उड़ान -Satya Prakash (1st year, B.A. Hindi Hons) छू लू आसमान म, भर के आज उड़ान, नील गगन सा अंबर छू लु, छू लू सबसे ऊंचा थान, सफलता कदम चुमे मेरे भ आज म ऐसी उड़ान। सफर िजंदगी का जानता ँ , नहीं है आसान, लाख मुिसबते इसमे और बढ़ते ह, लेके उपर वाले का नाम, करदु ये सारी बाधाएं पार, छू लू आसमान म, भर के आज उड़ान। कई बार है िगरना, और कई बार संभलना ह, जा िजंदगी तू लेले, मेरी परी ा हजार, चीजो से म ना मानू हार, म भी तो िज़ के घोडे पे सवार। तू िगरा मुझे म िफर से उठू, तू हरा मुझे म िफर से लडू , तू कर पीछा म िफर से डटू , तू मीटा मुझे म िफर से बनू, तू खीच मुझे, म िफर अपनी उड़ान भ । करली मने िनयत साफ, कदमो म हो अब ये सारा जहां , छू लू आसमान म, भर के आज उड़ान। 8. Never give up - Karnika Karan (1st year, B.A. English Hons) It's okay if you want to give up!

Then give up! But remember that No one is there to raise you up, Only you are there, to raise yourself. To fulfill your dreams, you have to fight like a lion. And to give up is not an option. We have lots of mountains in our life. We have to cross it! I know it is difficult but not at all impossible. You have to think of work like an ant. One day you surely achieve your goals. I know lots of cynical people are there, But you keep them in a bay. Lots of vindictive and supercilious people around you. But you are manic ; Always filled with energy. You have to remember one thing is that; Winners never give up, Who gives up, They never win. 9. बंिदश -Aditya Nair (1st year. B.A. History Hons) बंिदश म कट रहे ये िदन, याद िदलाते ह आज़ादी के उन ल ों की, िज े िबना सोचे गवा दे ते थे हम कभी तु ारे संग तो कभी तु ारे िबन। िजन चेहरों को दोबारा कभी पलट कर न दे खने का दावा करते थे, आज तरस रहे ह उनकी एक झलक को। ा तु ारा भी यही हाल है, ज़रा फोन कर बताओ हमको। पर सब बुरा नहीं है , सिदयों बाद दु िनया को भुलाकर, अपने घर म झां क कर दे खा है। नज़ारे तो यहां भी बुरे नहीं ह, पहली दफा इस तरह सोचा है। आगे ा होगा ये म नहीं जानता, बीते समय को भुलाने म म नहीं मानता, जब कल महीनों बाद बाहर िनकल, तब एक दू सरे को मन भर दे ख लेना,

ा पता वापस अंदर आने के बाद दोबारा कब िमल, उन ल ों को यादों म समे ट लेना। 10. अंधेरी रात - अिनल कुमार (3rd year, B.A. History Hons) अ र अंधेरी रात, करती है मन की बात। ब त सारी भावनाओं की, लाती है सौगात । िदन के ऊजाले म वह बात कहाँ , िक कर सके बीते कल और, भिव से एक साथ मुलाकात। सहसा कभी खुशी के पल याद आते ह,तो कभी होती है ग़मों की बरसात,नयनों से नीर टपकते ह, और स बध होते ह दोनों हाथ। कभी इं सान अपने स म को दे खता है ,और कभी मलता अपने बुरे कम पे हाथ। कभी उसे याद आती है, अपने ि य जनों की साथ , जो कभी थामे थे बड़ी ेह से, उसके दोनों हाथ,और आज वो चल गए ,भूल के हर ज बात इसी उलझन म बीत जाती, पूरी अंधेरी रात। नयन बेचारे भी थक जाते, कर-कर के बरसात, अ र अंधेरी रात, करती है मन की बात। 11.

ANOTHER VIRUS IN THE GAME- THE CYBER PANDEMIC?? -Ritika Pandey (1st year, B.A. History Hons)

The Covid-19 pandemic renders individuals and society extremely vulnerable in all aspects. During this crisis, we rely more on our computers, mobile devices to work, shop and even trade with cryptocurrency communicate and otherwise mitigate the impact of social distancing. With the Covid-19 outbreak, the growth in digitalization of services has led to more cyber exploits with cybercriminals. Cyberattacks are becoming more aggressive and widespread, as criminals use tougher tactics to go after more vulnerable targets, the report said. Malware and ransomware attacks have boomed, while the rise of cryptocurrencies makes it easy for online criminals to hide payments they have collected. The sudden force of pandemics has led us to a point where cyber threats are growing faster than our ability to prevent and manage them. Accelerating the vulnerability of the

cybercrime landscape are technologies emerging from the hours of the pandemic, which will result in the fusion of our physical, biological, and digital identities. Generation of 5th generation cyber-attacks included targeted ransomware. Against the countries and communities in different parts of the world. Does this ensure the safety of user privacy? It has been emphasized by many security experts as important future research to carry out as the amount of personal information over the Internet has expanded rapidly in recent years. James Scott, an IT scientist stated “There is no silver bullet solution with cyber security, a layered defense is the only viable defense.” Cybercrime continues to diverge down different paths with each New Year that passes and so does the security of the information. The latest and disruptive technologies, along with the new cyber tools and threats that come to light each day, are challenging organizations with not only how they secure their infrastructure, but how they require new platforms and intelligence to do so. Does this raise the question of Where are users failing in coming in terms with cyber security? A strong cyber security strategy would not be successful if the employees or users are not educated on topics of cyber security, company policies, and incidence reporting. Even the best technical defenses may fall apart when users make unintentional or intentional malicious actions resulting in a costly security breach. Educating people and raising awareness of company policies and security best practices through seminars, classes, online courses is the best way to reduce negligence and the potential of a security violation. There is no perfect solution for cybercrimes but we should try our level best to minimize them in order to have a safe and secure future in cyberspace because one single vulnerability is all that a hacker needs" if not controlled, cyber-attacks will turn into a cyber pandemic undermining internal security mechanism of several states.
