Dental plan changes Two changes to your dental plan also take effect on January 1. First, Delta Dental will now be providing your dental benefits instead of Administrative Services Only. Your new network of high-quality dentists is called the Delta Dental NYPPO network, and it is larger than the network you have had. Second, there are some changes to your out-of-pocket costs for dental care (see chart).
