ACCOMPLISHMENTS I have gained a lot of knowledge and experience over the last 23 years, which has helped me mold my life. I'm Tenisha Maria, a second-year Master's Student from St. Joseph's University.

SCHOOL I was the class representative for consecutive 6 years I was part of the School Council, I was the president of the committee called AMSA - Anne's Movement of Social Awareness During the tenure of my leadership, we conducted a rally for Cancer Awareness I was also part of School Throwball team I have won various competition in school for singing, collage making, cooking without fire etc.

PUC I was the President of the CSA (AICUF) All India Catholic University Federation at Mount Carmel PU College During my tenure as a President, I have headed the team and participated in nearly 10 inter college fests. Under my leadership the team won various awards and 1 overall trophy for the college I was the topper in Economics paper in my second year in the entire college. I scored 100/100 I was part of the college chess team and have represented the state.

UNDER GRADUATION I was the class representative in my second year and under my leadership, the class participated in various intra college fests and sports fest and won many awards for the class. Under my leadership, the class had an industrial visit to diary day. Closely worked with the college council in the third year and have been the event head for various intra and inter college fests.

WORK I was the acting leader in the absence of my team leader. I have conducted various sessions and trained the new teammates. I have conducted team learning sessions for my team. With the tips and tricks shared the team performed well in that quarter. I have received recognition from my managers for effective communication and proactiveness. I have received recognition for email writing and being best in the email queue In my 2.5 years tenure, I was promoted twice.

POST GRADUATION I was the topper of the class in my first semester I have proactively taken initiative and headed teams in group projects As a class, we conducted a music event for cancer awareness with around 200 footfalls During the NGO internship tenure, I worked for multiple companies' CSR teams and under my guidance, we conducted a plantation drive in collaboration with Huawei Company. Received an offer to work full-time with the foundation as Project Manager.
