Initially, that number feels large—it spans three decades, has seen historical events come and go, and built the organization to what it is today. But if you ask us at CFO, we’re just getting started. Over the last 30 years, CFO has gone through a number of transitionsbut one thing has stayed the same- our love for the communities we serve. Co-Founders Tom McCasland Jr. and Gene Rainbolt had a vision to bring the same services offered to those in larger cities to rural Oklahoma. Since 1992, CFO funds have sustained successful nonprofits and created, funded crucial community collaborations and helped donors see the completion of impactful projects. In honor of this milestone, we wanted to celebrate accordingly. During the last half of 2022, we conducted a special match on all Endowment Funds to a varying level of degrees. This special match embodied the spirit of philanthropy we hoped to invest back into the communities that have been so near and dear to our hearts over the last three decades. We want to thank you, our donors, partners and friends, for your support and participation as we embarked on this journey. Seeing the outpouring of kindness, assistance and aid has reaffirmed what we already knew to be true- Oklahoma shows up for its communities in the best way possible.
