A l’aide d’une pince De La Rosa adapter la courbure de l’ axe en acier à celle de l’arcade dentaire. Doblar con unos alicates De La Rosa la forma de la arcada en le arco de tracción.

5 Den Zugstab in das Molarenröhrchen stecken. Den vertikalen Federarm mit einer Zange halten, 45° nach distal drehen und in den vertikalen Slot des Brackets stecken. Dadurch entsteht eine nach mesial gerichtete Antirotationskraft am Eckzahn. Insert the retractor’s steel extension into the molar tube. Hold the vertical elastic arm with pliers, turn it 45° distally and insert it into the vertical slot. This creates a mesially directed anti-rotation force on the canine. Insérer l’axe acier dans le tube molaire. Maintenir la partie de l’axe ressort avec une pince, effectuer une rotation de 45° distalement, puis introduire dans le slot vertical du bracket. Vous obtenez ainsi une force antirotation de direction mésiale sur la canine. Insertar el arco de tracción en el tubo de molares. Sujetar el brazo vertical del resorte con unos alicates, doblarlo 45° hacia distal e insertarlo en la ranura vertical del bracket. De esta forma se genera una fuerza antirrotacional en el canino dirigida hacia mesial.

Aktivieren des Hybridretraktors durch Zurückziehen des Zugstabes nach distal und Umbiegen des Zugstabes am distalen Ende des Bukkalröhrchens. Der Federweg ist zu Ende, wenn der Markierungsstrich auf dem Zugstab wieder im Gehäuse ist. Der Retraktor kann durch Zurückziehen und distales Umbiegen des Zugstabes erneut aktiviert werden.

The hybrid retractor is activated by pulling the retractor’s steel extension distally and bending it at the distal end of the molar tube. Once the marking on the retractor’s steel extension is inside the housing the spring is no longer active. The retractor can be reactivated by following the instruction above. L’activation du retracteur hybride s’obtient en tirant l’axe acier distalement et en le recourbant à l’arrière du tube buccal. Le ressort est en bout de course (activation) lorsque le marquage sur l’axe acier aura disparut à l’interieur du bloc ressort. Le retracteur peut être réactiver en procédant de la même manière que précédemment. A l’aide d’une ligature élastique vous empêcherez le dispositif de glisser hors du slot vertical du bracket canine. Evitar con una ligadura elástica que el brazo del resorte se salga.
