Continuous mental stress not only brings mental, sleep and eating disorders, but also aggravates those who already have underlying diseases. The number of such people in China has been rising, and traditional medical means cannot solve these symptoms effectively, so people are looking forward to a natural lifestyle that is close to meditation, soothing, and easy to use to solve the dilemma. The Aromatic Plant Research and Development Center of Shanghai Jiao Tong University has been engaged in the aromatic plant fragrance substances extraction and analysis, the health effects of essential oils and the research of healing gardens for more than 20 years. We found that if we used specific aromatic plants in a healing garden, the fragrance substances to fight anxiety and lower blood pressure will be more effective than the essential oils themselves. The center has built healing gardens for blood pressure or anxiety in the past, and has measured different physiological indicators such as blood pressure and thermal infrared rays on volunteers, all showing significant results. Based on this, our team has designed and built an anxiety-relieving healing garden in Jinshan District, Shanghai. We combined the healing effect of specific fragrance substances of aromatic plants such as Jade hairpin, mug wort, motherwort with hardscape through this case. We set up a series of contents such as entrance buffer zone, catharsis zone, water listening and fish watching zone, climbing view zone, confession zone, meditation zone, and sunset viewing zone to realize the combination of smell, vision, and garden behavior, and gradually release anxiety in stages to achieve healing effect. Unlike the previous case, this time we set up a "confession area". Psychologists Pennebaker and Larson found through their research that confession is an indispensable method to relieve anxiety. We therefore designed a special area in the project for visitors to talk to each other, and also designed different levels of "talking" to promote the improvement of visitors' emotions to the greatest extent. Biography Zhang Guanhao is a postgraduate student in the Master in Landscape Architecture program, Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Design. Under the guidance of Aromatic Plant Research and Development Center of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, he has participated in the design of an anxiety-relieving healing garden in Jinshan District, Shanghai, especially focusing on the planning and design of the confession area, as well as the measurement and >[email protected] Received date: 22-07-2022 | Accepted date: 23-07-2022 | Published date: 20-12-2022

Currently, one in five ~ 20% Indian women suffer from PCOS. It is characterized by hyperandrogenism, chronic anovulation, hirsutism and insulin resistance. Though the underlying cause in its pathophysiology is still not clear, but the derangement of the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis could be the significant aspect in its manifestation. In this study, female Wistar rats (200±10 g bwt), exhibiting regular estrous cycle received an oral dose of RU486 [20 mg/kg/day] for 13 consecutive days for establishing the PCOS induced conditions. Biochemical, histomorphometrical and apoptotic changes were observed in pre and post noscapine treated PCOS induced rats and checked for its credence. Further radiolabeling studies were performed with 99m Technetium labed noscapine which gave us an insight in localization of noscapine in ovarian and brain tissue of rats and bringing about its action probably via hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis. It can be concluded that the RU486 model is appropriate for understanding the ovarian and metabolic features of human PCOS and noscapine has a potential to act as a therapeutic medicament for amelioration of PCOS induced condition. Studies have demonstrated that some lifestyle practices have the potential to either accelerate or slow down the ageing process. Mitigating these lifestyle predictors of ageing may be vital in the global efforts to achieve healthy life expectancy. However, such a prospect has not been fully explored in Sub-Saharan Africa. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the effects of a health promotion intervention program on selected lifestyle predictors of ageing and the estimated biological age of Nigerian adults. Methodology and theoretical orientation : A pretestposttest experimental research design with control was used to conduct a 14-week health promotion intervention on 82 Nigerian adults. The Free Radical Theory and Health Belief Model were used to focus the intervention on lifestyle modification. The statistics were analyzed at a 0.05 level of significance. Findings: The intervention significantly improved the mean difference scores of the intervention groups’ diet quality (2.86, 95% CI: 9.44–10.16) after 6 weeks, which was sustained after 14 weeks (2.43, 95% CI: 9.03–9.62); physical activity after 6 weeks (0.39, 95% CI:1.71–2.01) and after14 weeks (0.28, 95% CI:1.456–1.70); sleep quality after 6 weeks (-2.07, 95% CI:3.60–4.13) and after 14 weeks (-1.60, 95% CI:4.07–4.60); stress perception after 6 weeks (-2.86, 95% CI: 2.97–3.76) and after 14 weeks (-2.17, 95% CI:3.67–4.44); and social connectedness after 6 weeks (2.05, 95% CI:16.95– 17.70) and after 14 weeks (2.38, 95% CI: 17.21–18.16). The intervention also significantly reduced the mean difference in the estimated biological age of the intervention group after 6 weeks (-2.97, 95% CI: 42.48–43.30) and after 14 weeks (-2.14, 95% CI:43.38–44.10). Conclusion and Significance: The health promotion intervention program was effective in positively modifying the selected lifestyle predictors of ageing and in reducing the estimated biological age of Nigerian adults. To increase the possibility of healthy ageing among the citizen, such programs should be replicated in different cluster of the country. Recent Publications 1. We review the effectiveness of the setup and its role from the radiological perspective in detail. Methods: The dedicated imaging facility within the temporary fever tentage was equipped with a ComputerOn-Wheels (COWs) to access patients’ medical records and a portable X-ray machine to allow for a smooth workflow. Radiation dose measurements were acquired around the imaging facility using phantoms and dosimeters to ensure radiation safety. Results: Due to its rapid nature and availability as a screening tool, chest X-ray (CXR) is the most widely used imaging modality during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our dedicated fever tent setup minimizes possible inhospital transmission between both patients and staff and provides a more streamlined workflow to tackle the high workload. It allowed us to reduce the time required for each radiograph, providing timely imaging services and radiological reports for expedient clinical screening. Discussion: The close collaboration between Radiology and Emergency Departments in setting up the fever tentage is a crucial tool in managing the COVID-19 pandemic. The fever tentage imaging facility is a highly effective tool, providing the means to handle the increased patient load in a streamlined and safe manner during a pandemic. Conclusion: This paper provides insights and guidelines in setting up a dedicated imaging service within the fever tent for future infectious disease outbreak contingency plans. Undoubtedly this is in part due to the historical and ongoing effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, resulting in what many consider a mass exodus of healthcare workers. One such unit effected by this is the Department of Critical Care Medicine of Middlemore Hospital in Auckland, New Zealand, where this project will take place under the supervision of Dr Carl Horsley. As part of an applied research-based project in health leadership, the challenge of addressing retention and turnover in the ICU will be accomplished in partnership with the University of Auckland. Aspects of literature analysis, stakeholder review, complex adaptive systems thinking, implementation science, and reflection will be explored. The presentation subsequently will include a complex evidence-based understanding of the problem including drivers, perpetuating & attenuating factors, key stakeholders, timelines, and costs. e: [email protected] Health Care Curr Rev 2022, Volume: 10 Received Date: 05-09-2022 | Accepted Date: 10-09-2022 | Published Date: 20-12-2022

However, these numbers are steadily rising. PCOS can greatly affect the quality of women’s lives from puberty. PCOS can cause insulin resistance, acne, hirsutism, weight gain, depression and many more. Though PCOS is something to analyse seriously, the average PCOS sufferer struggles to get a formal diagnosis let alone any advice on treatment or lifestyle changes. Many women are suffering with PCOS silently and can be a cause of infertility. Fifty-four respondents from five regions (out of a total of Six in Sudan) were interviewed: midwives, doctors, Ministry of Health officials, and United Nations officials. Thematic analysis was used, each theme was summarised using the one sheet of paper (OSOP) method. Results: The analysis revealed that there are seven different types of midwives in Sudan with different educational attainment and skills: community midwives, village midwives, assistant health visitor, health visitors, nurse-midwives, sister-midwives, and professional midwives. Intra-professional challenges such as lack of the harmonisation of the profession, inter- professional challenges such as medical dominance, and health system barriers all were identified to hinder the development of midwifery in Sudan. Conclusion: As midwifery education in Sudan enters its second century, a long-term vision and investments in the profession are needed. Harmonising the midwifery profession in line with international standards coupled with developing a supportive work environment are key to overcoming current challenges. e: [email protected] Health Care Curr Rev 2022, Volume: 10 Received date: 07-09-2022 | Accepted date: 08-09-2022 | Published date: 20-12-2022

This element, which is one of such aspects raised by the EFQM 2020 Model and which is essential in order to establish the strategic vision of each of the public health entities is not always understood as a necessary and differential factor. The management of public hospitals usually does not understand what the real difference is between mission and the concept of purpose itself. This article proposes the identification of the key aspects of the purpose, and a methodology for defining and communicating it to the agents of the ecosystem with the aim of making it inspiring and establishing it as a strategic pillar of the entity. e: [email protected] Health Care Curr Rev 2022, Volume: 10 Received date: 15-06-2022 | Accepted date: 20-06-2022 | Published date: 20-12-2022

The mushroom is reservoir of important bioactive compounds e.g., β- glucans, lentinan, lipopolysaccharides, resveratrol, Cibacron blue affinity purified protein, concanavalin, rutin, p-coumaric acid, ascorbic acid etc. These compounds impart on these natural herbs various healing effects e.g., hypocholesterolemia, free radical scavenging, antioxidant, antiatherogenic, antitumor, immunomodulatory and anti-bacterial properties. Thus, in this study we examined Oyster mushroom sample for presence of biologically essential elements using direct current arc optical emission spectroscopy. We also screened presence of volatile bioactive compounds by GCMS in ethanolic extract of Pleurotus Astreatus. Additionally, in-vitro antioxidant, antibacterial and anticancer activities of ethanolic extract was studied. Molecular docking was performed between ligands as obtained from GC-MS >[email protected] Health Care Curr Rev 2022, Volume: 10 Received date: 23-09-2022 | Accepted date: 25-09-2022 | Published date: 12-12-2022

K M Yacob University of Allahabad, India This is the first time many people have heard such a question. When it comes to treating back pain, neck pain, and knee pain, it is often heard that the cause of the pain is reduced blood flow. A variety of heat-inducing devices are used to increase blood flow to the lower back, neck, and knee pains. Physiotherapy often provides more heat than fever. What happens to blood flow in your body when your internal temperature decreases? Vasoconstriction, Thermogenesis, when there is a decrease in blood flow and its signs, symptoms, and signals, the immune system does actions to increase blood flow to save lives. Decreased blood flow can cause fits, delirium, stroke, and lead to death. When disease increases essential blood circulation and energy levels also decrease. The vertical height between the heart and brain is more than one foot. When the disease becomes severe, the ability to pump blood to the brain decreases. Then blood flow to the brain decreases and delirious or fits are formed. As a result of this brain cells are damaged. so the patient might be paralyzed or may even die. 87% of stroke is due to blood to the brain is decreased or blocked. What is the Purpose of the temperature of a fever? When the disease made by the bacteria, fungi, venom, horror scene, horror dream, etc..., becomes a threat to life or organs blood circulation decreases, the temperature of fever will emerge to increase prevailing essential blood circulation. And it acts as a protective covering of the body to sustain life. There is no way other than this to increase prevailing essential blood circulation for a sensible and discreet immune system to protect the life or organ. In all diseases which decrease essential blood circulation and temperature, the fever will emerge to Increase essential blood circulation and temperature. What are the ingredients necessary to increase blood flow? Adequate temperature and pressure, free flow of blood, and disease-free condition are all factors that increase blood flow. e: [email protected] Health Care Curr Rev 2022, Volume: 10 Received date: 25-10-2022 | Accepted date: 27-10-2022 | Published date: 12-12-2022
