A presentation to Kallars. Ignatious House - Scheme Brand Creative Presentation

Exploring an identity Ignatious House will be a part conversion, part new build development for ten apartments in SE13. The four-storey building is originally a classically designed semi-detached London property from the Victorian Era, which perfectly presents the highly attractive architectural style and detail of that period. The brand direction exploration that follows reflects the Victoriana graphic design styles of the period, presented in a contemporary format. The identity exploration is also taken forward into sales brochure cover designs, which introduces associated assets and colour palettes of the period.
