WAIT LIST DEPOSIT​

We have 8,000 spots available for our waitlist. The deposit is a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred United States Dollars (US$500.00) upon expression of interest to secure a unit. You have 3 months to go under contract with the wait list deposit.

RESERVATION/DUE DILIGENCE FEE​

One Thousand United States Dollars (US$1,000.00) (or Ghana Cedi equivalent at the prevailing Zenith Bank rate) to be paid to INVG as a non-refundable commitment fee towards the acquisition of a two-bedroom. One Thousand and Five Hundred United States (US$1,500.00) to be paid to INVG as a nonrefundable commitment fee towards the acquisition of a three-bedroom apartment ​

CONTRACT​

The Purchaser shall pay INVG an amount of Forty-Nine Thousand, Nine Hundred and Fifty United States Dollars (US$49,950.00) exclusive of property taxes for a two-bedroom apartment. ​ The Purchaser shall pay INVG an amount of Sixty-Nine Thousand, Nine Hundred and Fifty United States Dollars (US$69,950.00) exclusive of property taxes for a three-bedroom apartment.​ These prices are subject to change based on market conditions, service fees, and upgrades.
