Club Valedictory @ Akshara Find a group of people who challenge and inspire you spend a lot of time with them and it will change your life. Akshara's Club activities function with the above motive, all the clubs like MUN, Cookery, Nature, Reading, Math, Quiz, Photography Art and TED ed clubs had their valedictory ceremery with their respective club members. Experiential Learning of our Grade 1 Aksharites - Farm Trip... Our grade 1 students had an amazing field trip to a farm, where they had a hands-on experience with various animals. The children had a great time interacting with the farm animals and learned about their habitats and behaviors. They were thrilled to see the different types of homes where the animals lived and learned about their young ones as well. The children were able to explore and experience things that they had only read about in books. This trip provided an excellent opportunity for experiential learning, allowing the students to engage in real-life activities and gain a deeper understanding of the natural world.

Experiential Learning of our Grade 2 Aksharites-Dam & Park Trip.. "Our Grade 2 students had a fantastic time at Dam and Park! They enjoyed playing in the park and having fun with their friends while learning about the importance of the dam and the conservation of water. It was a great opportunity for the children to see firsthand how dams work and how they help to conserve water. The students were able to appreciate the beauty of the surroundings and had a good time exploring the park. We hope that this field trip has sparked a love of nature and an interest in preserving our environment in our students that will last a lifetime.

Our Grade 3 & 7 Aksharites had an opportunity to visit a farm and learn about the natural world, animal welfare and the compromise between human needs and wildlife. Experiential learning is an effective way to help children understand and appreciate the world around them. Field trips provide an opportunity for children to engage in active learning and gain practical knowledge that is not always possible to learn from textbooks. Additionally, it helps in developing a deeper understanding and appreciation of the natural world

Experiential Learning of our Grade 4 Aksharites (Museum) Grade IV Aksharites had an unforgettable time at the museum! They delved into the realms of art, science, and history of Erode District,had a great learning about these subjects. The museum displayed ancient artifacts, maps, and old photographs, which were fascinating to see. Additionally, the students were awestruck by the stunning works of art and sculptures on display. This visit not only expand their knowledge, but it also strengthened their bond with classmates. Overall, it was a remarkable experience that allowed the students to gain a deeper understanding of the world around them.

Experiential Learning of our Grade 5 Aksharites (Baking Unit) "Bakers make the world smell better" To make this quote more meaningful our Aksharites of Grade V visited a bakery unit as a part of field trip. Aksharites were excited to see the happenings of such a delicious place. They were provided with the information and were show all the utensils used in the kitchen as well as the big oven where the bakers bake cakes. Aksharites also were served with delicious cookies. The trip was to encourage students to get hands-on experience in Bakery section and also to familiarise with the Baking process and utensils that are used in Bakery and foresee a career in baking industry.

Visit to the Orphanage & Home.... Our Grade 8 Aksharites had a humbling experience as they visited an orphanage and home for the special children. The money collected through our fancy fete was used to purchase those

new

cots.

was

The children relished the delicious food given on that day. Our Aksharites learned valuable life lessons like being kind and generous to the needy. a

wonderful session on Road safety awareness by Ms. Priya Navin. The session was a wonderful experience for Our Aksharites. They learned valuable lessons about road safety and how to protect themselves while on the road. The session was an eyeopener, and the children left with a sense of responsibility to make the world a better place by following

rules

and

regulations. Ms. Priya Navin's efforts to educate the children about

rejuvenating

fitness session for all the educators at Akshara.

The

session

was

a

wonderful

experience for everyone involved and it helped

the

participants

forget

all

their

tension. The fitness session was designed to help restore energy and promote relaxation, and it achieved exactly that. All the educators who participated in the session had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Our Director Ma'am recognizes the importance of promoting a healthy work-life balance for the employees of Akshara. Thanks to our Director Ma'am for such a wonderful session.
