PRÉSENTATION DE LA REVUE Depuis plus de 30 ans, les recherches alliant la communication et la santé se sont multipliées, amenant le développement d’un champ de recherche et d’intervention appelé « communication pour la santé » (Health Communication). Certains chercheurs dans le domaine définissent ce champ comme l’étude et l’utilisation de stratégies de communication interpersonnelles, organisationnelles et médiatiques visant à informer et à influencer les décisions individuelles et collectives propices à l’amélioration de la santé. La communication pour la santé s’exerce dans des contextes multiples et constitue un champ vaste et morcelé, rassemblant des chercheur. se. s s’inscrivant dans des approches épistémologiques et des disciplines variées (santé publique, psychologie, sociologie, communication, sciences politiques, etc.). Elle implique plusieurs catégories d’acteurs (populations, patients, soignants, gestionnaires, etc.), se déploie dans différents contextes sociaux et culturels (foyers, hôpitaux, écoles, milieux professionnels) et se joue dans divers types d’interactions (entre personnes, groupes, organisations, sociétés). Ce qui caractérise la recherche en communication pour la santé est qu’elle est axée sur la résolution de problèmes. La recherche en communication vise aussi à développer et à valider de nouveaux concepts et modèles théoriques permettant de mieux saisir la complexité des enjeux communicationnels en santé et de concevoir des interventions efficaces pour le bien-être de la population. La communication pour la santé constitue l’une des six grandes stratégies d’intervention habituellement associées à la promotion de la santé, dont l’objet porte, de façon plus globale, sur la capacité à contribuer à l’amélioration de la santé par des activités visant le changement planifié des comportements individuels et des modifications d’environnement physique, économique et social, pour

Outre la communication, le domaine de la promotion de la santé inclut des stratégies relatives à l’éducation à la santé, au marketing social, à l’action politique et au développement organisationnel. La communication pour la santé est un processus transversal et spécifique qui ne peut donc pas, à lui seul, régler les problèmes sociaux liés à la santé. La communication pour la santé peut toutefois contribuer de façon importante à améliorer la santé des individus et des populations, dans la mesure où une stratégie de communication efficace peut amener les individus, les organisations et les communautés à mieux comprendre leurs besoins et à modifier leur environnement pour mieux y répondre. Par ailleurs, en regard des autres domaines d’études et de recherche en communication, la spécificité de la communication pour la santé réside principalement dans la dimension affective et existentielle qu’elle comporte, dimension liée à l’importance qu’accordent les individus à leur santé et aux maladies susceptibles de la menacer. La communication pour la santé se distingue également par les objectifs et les publics qu’elle vise. En effet, la communication pour la santé vise non seulement à informer, mais aussi à sensibiliser les individus, les organisations et les communautés aux questions relatives à la santé. Surtout, elle devrait être interactive et participative afin d’engendrer un dialogue favorisant les changements de comportements et d’environnements qui permettront d’améliorer la santé de ces derniers et celle de la population en général. La communication pour la santé s’exerce donc dans des contextes multiples : relation patient-prestataire de services  ; recherche d’information sur la santé par un individu ou un groupe  ; adhésion d’un individu ou d’un groupe à un traitement ou à des recommandations spécifiques ; élaboration de campagnes de sensibilisation destinées au grand public ; communication de risques pour la santé associés à des pratiques ou à des comportements spécifiques ; diffusion dans la population d’une certaine image de la

santé ; diffusion de l’information relative à l’accessibilité aux soins de santé ; etc. Selon ces différents contextes, la communication pour la santé peut dès lors s’adresser à différents publics : professionnel. le. s de la santé, gestionnaires, prestataires de soins de santé, patient. e. s, grand public, professionnels. le. s des médias d’information, décideurs politiques, membres d’organismes liés au milieu de la santé publique, etc. Soucieux de tous ces enjeux, et voulant établir des balises pour une réflexion constructive sur le plan académique et scientifique, le laboratoire « Les moyens de communication et la sécurité de la santé » de la Faculté des Sciences de l’Information et de la Communcation de l’Université Alger 3, dont l’objectif principal est de recommander une méthodologie de mise en place d’un dispositif fiable, pour un système de santé durable en Algérie, a décidé d’éditer la revue « Com-Santé ». Celle-ci est une revue académique semestrielle. Elle est disponible en version électronique et en papier et tous les articles sont accessibles et téléchargeables gratuitement sur la plate forme ASJP, sans frais de publication pour les auteurs. La revue est dotée d’un comité scientifique international. Les auteurs intervenant dans cette revue sont de divers horizons. La revue s’intéresse aux champs des sciences de la communication et de l’information dans le domaine de la santé. Son objectif est de participer à la valorisation des travaux scientifiques à travers leur diffusion. Il s’agit également de rendre compte des recherches récentes et originales dans ces domaines : —— La communication et la sécurité sanitaire. —— La communication et la gestion des crises de la santé. —— Gestion de la communication interne de la santé. —— Communication des risques sanitaires. —— Communication et santé dans les nouveaux médias. —— Développement de la sécurité sanitaire dans la société —— Traitement médiatique de l’information dans le domaine de la santé.

Numéro 0 Septembre 2022 —— Rôle des médias dans la promotion de la sécurité de la santé scolaire. —— Les dimensions critiques et réflexives sont privilégiées dans le but d’interroger voire de renouveler les approches épistémiques, théoriques et méthodologiques, en relation avec nos objets d’étude lesquels se donnent de plus en plus à saisir et à analyser dans des contextes caractérisés par la complexité. Les langues de publication sont les langues française, anglaise et arabe. Les articles retenus sont publiés dans la langue dans laquelle ils sont soumis et sont accompagnés de résumés avec mots-clés en français, en anglais et en arabe. Les contributeurs sont tenus de se conformer aux principes éthiques et déontologiques en vigueur dans le domaine de la recherche scientifique. Outre des numéros Varia et thématiques, des numéros hors série sont également publiés afin de diffuser les travaux issus des manifestations scientifiques en relation avec les domaines de recherche que couvre la revue. Les membres du Comite Scientifique ainsi que des spécialistes pourront proposer des numéros de revue qu’ils coordonneront. La revue est ouverte aux chercheurs confirmés ainsi qu’aux jeunes chercheurs désireux de partager leurs recherches avec la communauté scientifique. Plus qu’un espace de diffusion, la revue « Com-Santé » se veut un espace d’approfondissement de la réflexion et de discussion autour des problématiques qui animent nos sociétés du point de vue de la communication et de la sécurité sanitaire.

Politique éditoriale La Revue «  Com-Santé » publie des articles scientifiques originaux et évalués, afin de fournir aux lecteurs un travail de qualité tout en respectant les principes du code de déontologie de l’édition scientifique. Le code de déontologie de l’édition scientifique est un accord qui doit être mis en œuvre avec l’acceptation et l’accomplissement des devoirs et responsabilités de chaque partie intervenante :

Responsabilité du Comité éditorial Décisions de publication Le Comité éditorial et le Comité scientifique décident de la programmation éditoriale et garantissent le respect de la charte éditoriale. Ils sont souverains dans la décision de publication et se fondent sur la politique de la revue et le respect des exigences légales en matière de publication, en particulier, ce qui concerne la diffamation, ou la violation des droits d’auteurs ou le plagiat. Ils peuvent également consulter les évaluateurs, pour prendre une décision. Intégrité Le comité éditorial assure que le contenu de chaque article est évalué, indépendamment du genre, de l’origine, des croyances religieuses, de la citoyenneté ou de l’appartenance politique de l’auteur. Confidentialité Les informations concernant les auteurs doivent être hautement confidentielles et conservées par toutes les personnes qui peuvent les consulter, telles que les membres du comité éditorial, les membres du comité scientifique et tout membre impliqué dans la rédaction, la publication et les autres membres chargés du processus d’évaluation. Consentement explicite Les résultats de la recherche des membres du Comité scientifique ainsi que les évaluateurs sur les articles non acceptés pour la publication, ne peuvent être exploités ou utilisés sans la permission ou l’autorisation écrite de l’auteur.

Responsabilité de l’évaluateur Contribuer à la décision de publication L’évaluateur aide le comité éditorial et le comité scientifique à prendre la décision de publier l’article, comme il peut également aider l’auteur à améliorer son article et à le corriger.

Numéro 0 Septembre 2022 La rapidité du service et le respect des délais L’évaluateur doit présenter son évaluation dans les plus brefs délais. Si cela n’est pas possible après l’étude préalable de l’article, il doit informer le directeur de la revue que le sujet ne relève pas de son domaine. L’évaluateur doit aussi informer ce dernier que l’évaluation peut être retardée en raison du manque de temps ou du manque de ressources suffisantes pour l’évaluation. Confidentialité Toute information sur l’article doit être confidentielle et l’évaluateur doit préserver cette confidentialité et il ne peut ni divulguer ni discuter de son contenu avec une partie autre, que celle autorisée par le comité éditorial qui l’a mandaté. Objectivité L’évaluateur doit prouver sa révision et évaluation, des recherches qui lui sont dirigées, par des arguments et des preuves objectives et éviter l’arbitrage sur la base de son opinion personnelle, raciale, sectaire et autre. Sélectionnez les sources L’évaluateur doit tenter d’identifier les sources et les références relatives aux sujets que l’auteur n’a pas citées et tout texte ou paragraphe tiré d’autres travaux publiés antérieurement, doit être correctement cité. L’évaluateur doit informer l’éditeur et l’avertir de tout travail similaire ou imbriqué avec le travail en cours d’évaluation.

Responsabilité de l’auteur Critères de préparation Les auteurs déclarent que leurs articles sont originaux, qu’ils ne contiennent aucun élément qui puisse tomber sous le coup des lois relatives au droit d’auteur, à la diffamation, à l’atteinte aux bonnes mœurs, au respect de la vie privée ou la contrefaçon. Les auteurs garantissent que leurs articles sont inédits et que, s’ils utilisent un travail et des mots d’autres auteurs, ceux-ci sont référencés ou cités de manière appropriée, et suivant la norme de présentation APA ou MLA.

Normes de rédaction L’auteur doit proposer une recherche originale et l’exposer d’une manière rigoureuse, objective et scientifique. La recherche doit être conforme aux modalités de soumission indiquées dans le guide de la revue. L’article doit correspondre aux standards de la rédaction scientifique sur le plan linguistique et sur le plan du contenu. L’auteur doit citer ses sources et veiller au respect des droits d’auteur, il doit également éviter de présenter des opinions personnelles, de fausses informations ou de traduire les travaux d’autrui sans citer les sources. L’originalité et le plagiat L’auteur doit s’assurer de l’authenticité de son texte et du fait que le travail d’autrui y est correctement cité. Si le Comité éditorial soupçonne toutes formes de plagiat, il se réserve le droit de soumettre l’article à un logiciel de détection de plagiat, de refuser sa publication, de le retirer s’il est déjà publié et d’entreprendre les actions légales qu’il jugera appropriées Soumissions multiples. L’auteur ne peut soumettre le même article à plusieurs revues ou colloques. Ceci est considéré comme un comportement inacceptable. Accès et conservation des données L’auteur doit conserver les données utilisées dans la réalisation de son article et les présenter à la demande du comité éditorial ou du directeur de la revue. Déclaration des conflits d’intérêts L’auteur doit déclarer tout conflit d’intérêts, financier ou autre, à même d’influencer les résultats de la recherche. Tout financement du projet doit être déclaré. Les auteurs de l’article Le nombre d’auteurs doit se limiter à ceux qui ont contribué d’une façon significative à la préparation, à la rédaction et à la mise en forme de l’article conformément à a feuille de style (Template) de la revue téléchargeable via la plateforme ASJP.

L’évaluateur doit aussi informer ce dernier que l’évaluation peut être retardée en raison du manque de temps ou du manque de ressources suffisantes pour l’évaluation. Confidentialité Toute information sur l’article doit être confidentielle et l’évaluateur doit préserver cette confidentialité et il ne peut ni divulguer ni discuter de son contenu avec une partie autre, que celle autorisée par le comité éditorial qui l’a mandaté. Objectivité L’évaluateur doit prouver sa révision et évaluation, des recherches qui lui sont dirigées, par des arguments et des preuves objectives et éviter l’arbitrage sur la base de son opinion personnelle, raciale, sectaire et autre. Sélectionnez les sources L’évaluateur doit tenter d’identifier les sources et les références relatives aux sujets que l’auteur n’a pas citées et tout texte ou paragraphe tiré d’autres travaux publiés antérieurement, doit être correctement cité. L’évaluateur doit informer l’éditeur et l’avertir de tout travail similaire ou imbriqué avec le travail en cours d’évaluation.

Responsabilité de l’auteur Critères de préparation Les auteurs déclarent que leurs articles sont originaux, qu’ils ne contiennent aucun élément qui puisse tomber sous le coup des lois relatives au droit d’auteur, à la diffamation, à l’atteinte aux bonnes mœurs, au respect de la vie privée ou la contrefaçon. Normes de rédaction L’auteur doit proposer une recherche originale et l’exposer d’une manière rigoureuse, objective et scientifique. La recherche doit être conforme aux modalités de soumission indiquées dans le guide de la revue. L’article doit correspondre aux standards de la rédaction scientifique sur le plan linguistique et sur le plan du contenu. L’auteur doit citer ses sources et veiller au respect des droits d’auteur, il doit également éviter de présenter des opinions personnelles, de fausses informations ou de traduire les travaux d’autrui sans citer les sources. L’originalité et le plagiat L’auteur doit s’assurer de l’authenticité de son texte et du fait que le travail d’autrui y est correctement cité. Si le Comité éditorial soupçonne toutes formes de plagiat, il se réserve le droit de soumettre l’article à un logiciel de détection de plagiat, de refuser sa publication, de le retirer s’il est déjà publié et d’entreprendre les actions légales qu’il jugera appropriées Soumissions multiples. L’auteur ne peut soumettre le même article à plusieurs revues ou colloques. Ceci est considéré comme un comportement inacceptable. Accès et conservation des données L’auteur doit conserver les données utilisées dans la réalisation de son article et les présenter à la demande du comité éditorial ou du directeur de la revue. Déclaration des conflits d’intérêts L’auteur doit déclarer tout conflit d’intérêts, financier ou autre, à même d’influencer les résultats de la recherche. Tout financement du projet doit être déclaré. PRESENTATION OF THE REVIEW For more than 30 years, research combining communication and health has multiplied, leading to the development of a field of research and intervention called “ communication for health (Health Communication). Some researchers in the field define this field as the study and use of interpersonal, organizational and media communication strategies aimed at informing and influencing individual and collective decisions conducive to improving health. Communication for health is exercised in multiple contexts and constitutes a vast and fragmented field, bringing together researchers from epistemological approaches and various disciplines (public health, psychology, sociology, communication, political science, etc.). It involves several categories of actors (populations, patients, caregivers, managers, etc.), unfolds in different social and cultural contexts (homes, hospitals, schools, professional environments) and plays out in various types of interactions (between people, groups, organizations, societies). What characterizes health communication research is that it is problem-solving oriented. Communication research also aims to develop and validate new concepts and theoretical models to better understand the complexity of communication issues in health and to design effective interventions for the well-being of the population. Communication for health is one of the six major intervention strategies usually associated with health promotion, the object of which bears, more generally, on the ability to contribute to the improvement of health through activities aimed at the planned change of individual behaviors and modifications of the physical, economic and social environment, for which multidisciplinary approaches particularly combining psychosocial theories with sociopolitical theories are called upon.

Communication for health is a cross-cutting and specific process which therefore cannot, on its own, solve social problems related to health. Communication for health can, however, make a significant contribution to improving the health of individuals and populations, insofar as an effective communication strategy can lead individuals, organizations and communities to better understand their needs and to modify their environment to better respond to it. Moreover, with regard to other fields of study and research in communication, the specificity of communication for health lies mainly in the affective and existential dimension that it includes, a dimension linked to the importance that individuals grant to their health and diseases that could threaten it. Health communication is also distinguished by the objectives and audiences it targets. Indeed, communication for health aims not only to inform, but also to sensitize individuals, organizations and communities to issues relating to health. Above all, it should be interactive and participatory in order to generate a dialogue that promotes changes in behavior and environments that will improve their health and that of the population in general. Communication for health therefore takes place in multiple contexts: patient-service provider relationship ; seeking health information by an individual or group ; adherence of an individual or group to specific treatment or recommendations ; development of awareness campaigns aimed at the general public ; communication of health risks associated with specific practices or behaviors ; diffusion in the population of a certain image of health ; dissemination of information on accessibility to health care ; etc Depending on these different contexts, communication for health can therefore be addressed to different audiences: health professionals, managers, health care providers, patients, general public,

professionals news media, political decision-makers, members of organizations linked to the public health community, etc. Concerned about all these issues, and wanting to establish guidelines for constructive reflection on the academic and scientific level, the “ Means of communication and health security ” laboratory of the Faculty of Information and Communication Sciences of the University of Algiers 3, whose main objective is to recommend a methodology for setting up a reliable device, for a sustainable health system in Algeria, has decided to publish the review “ Com-Santé “. This is a semi-annual academic journal. It is available in electronic and paper version and all the articles are accessible and downloadable free of charge on the ASJP platform, without publication costs for the authors. The journal has an international scientific committee. The authors involved in this review come from a variety of backgrounds. The journal is interested in the fields of communication and information sciences in the field of health. Its objective is to participate in the promotion of scientific work through its dissemination. The code of ethics for scientific publishing is an agreement that must be implemented with the acceptance and fulfillment of the duties and responsibilities of each party involved: Responsibility of the Editorial Committee Publication decisions The Editorial Committee and the Scientific Committee decide on the editorial program and guarantee compliance with the editorial charter. They are sovereign in the decision of publication and are based on the policy of the journal and the respect of the legal requirements as

regards publication, in particular, which relates to the defamation, or the violation of the copyrights or the plagiarism. They can also consult the evaluators, to make a decision. Privacy Author information should be highly confidential and kept by all persons who can consult it, such as members of the editorial board, members of the scientific committee and any member involved in the writing, publication and other members responsible for of the evaluation process. Express consent The results of the research of the members of the Scientific Committee as well as the evaluators on the articles not accepted for publication, cannot be exploited or used without the permission or the written authorization of the author. Assessor’s responsibility Contribute to the publication decision The evaluator helps the editorial committee and the scientific committee to take the decision to publish the article, as he can also help the author to improve his article and to correct it. Editorial policy The Journal “ Com-Santé ” publishes original and evaluated scientific articles, in order to provide readers with quality work while respecting the principles of the code of ethics for scientific publishing. The code of ethics for scientific publishing is an agreement that must be implemented with the acceptance and fulfillment of the duties and responsibilities of each party involved: Responsibility of the Editorial Committee Publication decisions The Editorial Committee and the Scientific Committee decide on the editorial program and guarantee compliance with the editorial charter. They are sovereign in the decision of publication and are based on the policy of the journal and the respect of the legal requirements as

regards publication, in particular, which relates to the defamation, or the violation of the copyrights or the plagiarism. They can also consult the evaluators, to make a decision. Integrity The editorial board ensures that the content of each article is evaluated, regardless of gender, origin, religious beliefs, citizenship or political affiliation of the author. Privacy Author information should be highly confidential and kept by all persons who can consult it, such as members of the editorial board, members of the scientific committee and any member involved in the writing, publication and other members responsible for of the evaluation process. Express consent The results of the research of the members of the Scientific Committee as well as the evaluators on the articles not accepted for publication, cannot be exploited or used without the permission or the written authorization of the author. Assessor’s responsibility Contribute to the publication decision The evaluator helps the editorial committee and the scientific committee to take the decision to publish the article, as he can also help the author to improve his article and to correct it. Speed of service and timeliness The evaluator must present his evaluation as soon as possible. If this is not possible after the prior study of the article, he must inform the director of the journal that the subject does not fall within his field. The assessor should also inform the latter that the assessment may be delayed due to lack of time or lack of sufficient resources for the assessment.

‫تعـــارض املصــالــــح‬

‫عىل ا مل ُحكِّم عدم تحكيم املقاالت ألهداف شخصية‪ ،‬أي ال يجب عليه قبول تحكيم‬ ‫املقاالت التي عن طريقها ميكن أن تكون هناك مصالح لألشخاص أو املؤسسات أو‬ ‫يُالحظ فيها عالقات شخصية‪.‬‬

‫مســــؤوليـــة الـــمــؤلـــف‬ ‫معـــــايري اإلعــداد‬

‫عىل املؤلف تقديم بحث أصيل وعرضه بدقة وموضوعية‪ ،‬بشكل علمي و متناسق‬ ‫يطابق مواصفات املقاالت املحكمة سواء من حيث اللغة‪ ،‬أو الشكل أو املضمون‬ ‫و ذلك وفق معايري و سياسة النرش يف املجلة‪ ،‬وتبيان املعطيات بشكل صحيح‪ ،‬و ذلك‬ ‫عن طريق اإلحالة الكاملة‪ ،‬ومراعاة حقوق اآلخرين يف املقال؛ وتجنب إظهار املواضيع‬ ‫الحساسة وغري األخالقية و املعلومات املزيفة وغري الصحيحة وترجمة أعامل اآلخرين‬ ‫بدون ذكر مصدر االقتباس يف املقال‬

‫يجب أن يطّلِع املؤلفون بأجمعهم عن املقالة جيدا‪ ،‬وأن يتفقوا رصاحة عىل ما ورد يف‬ ‫محتواها ونرشها بذلك الشكل املطلوب يف قواعد النرش‪.‬‬ ‫‪13‬‬

‫عىل املؤلف تقديم بحث أصيل وعرضه بدقة وموضوعية‪ ،‬بشكل علمي و متناسق‬ ‫يطابق مواصفات املقاالت املحكمة سواء من حيث اللغة‪ ،‬أو الشكل أو املضمون‬ ‫و ذلك وفق معايري و سياسة النرش يف املجلة‪ ،‬وتبيان املعطيات بشكل صحيح‪ ،‬و ذلك‬ ‫عن طريق اإلحالة الكاملة‪ ،‬ومراعاة حقوق اآلخرين يف املقال؛ وتجنب إظهار املواضيع‬ ‫الحساسة وغري األخالقية و املعلومات املزيفة وغري الصحيحة وترجمة أعامل اآلخرين‬ ‫بدون ذكر مصدر االقتباس يف املقال‬

‫يجب أن يطّلِع املؤلفون بأجمعهم عن املقالة جيدا‪ ،‬وأن يتفقوا رصاحة عىل ما ورد يف‬ ‫محتواها ونرشها بذلك الشكل املطلوب يف قواعد النرش‪.‬‬ ‫‪13‬‬

‫تحضيــــر املقــــال‬

‫املؤلفون مدعوون لتقديم مقرتحات مقاالتهم وفق برنامج ‪ Word‬عرب منصة ‪.ASJP‬‬ ‫وميكن القيام بذلك عن طريق النقر فوق قسم « إرسال مقال» املوجود عىل ميني املساحة‬ ‫املحجوزة للمجلة عىل منصة ‪.ASJP‬‬ ‫إذا كان املؤلف لديه « اسم مستخدم» و « كلمة املرور» لحساب املجلة ‪ ،‬ميكنه النقر‬ ‫عىل قسم «تسجيل الدخول» ‪.‬أما اذا احتاج املؤلف إىل اسم مستخدم وكلمة مرور ‪ ،‬فعليه‬ ‫النقرعىل قسم « التسجيل»‪.‬‬ ‫لرئيس تحرير املجلة الحق يف رفض نرش أي مقال مل يحرتم سياسة تحرير املجلة أو مل يتقيد‬ ‫بالقالب املعمول به وهذا القالب (النموذج) ميكن الحصول عليه و ذلك بتنزيله بالنقر عىل‬ ‫قسم « النامذج والعقود»‪.‬‬

‫عمــليـــة تـــقييـــم املقـــاالت‬ ‫يتم فحص املقال بشكل رسي عىل مستوى لجنة القراءة للمجلة‪ ،‬التي تجتمع بانتظام‬ ‫وتتدخل يف مرحلة ما قبل التقييم‪ .‬حيث تقدم قرارا بأهلية املقاالت قبل إرسالها إىل املحررين‬ ‫املساعدين‪ .‬إذا كان القرار سلبيا فسيتم رفض املقال عىل املنصة مع اعالم صاحب املقال‬ ‫بسبب الرفض‪ .‬ميكن للمؤلف إعادة إرساله مع األخذ بعني االعتبار التوصيات املقدمة‪.‬‬

‫اإلحـــاالت واملــــراجع‬

‫يلتزم صاحب املقال بذكر اإلحاالت بشكل مناسب‪ ،‬ويجب أن تشمل اإلحالة ِذكر كل‬ ‫الكتب‪ ،‬املنشورات‪ ،‬املواقع اإللكرتونية و سائر أبحاث األشخاص يف قامئة اإلحاالت واملراجع‪،‬‬ ‫املقتبس منها أو املشار إليها يف نص املقال‪.‬‬

‫اإلبــــالغ عــــن األخــــطاء‬

‫عىل املؤلف إذا تن ّبه واكتشف وجود خطأ جوهريا أو عدم دقة التفاصيل الواردة يف مقالته‬ ‫فعليه‪ ،‬أن يشعر فورا رئيس تحرير املجلة أو النارش‪ ،‬ويتعاون معه إلجراء التصحيحات‪.‬‬

‫الـــنشـــــر والحــــقــــوق‬

‫املقاالت ملكية ملؤلفيها‪ .‬وتنرش مبوجب ترخيص املشاع اإلبداعي «‪»Creative Commons‬‬ ‫وتكون بذلك يف متناول الباحثني عىل شبكة اإلنرتنت‪.‬وقبل نرش أي مقال يتم امضاء عقد نرش‬ ‫بني املؤلفني ولجنة التحرير و يتم إرساله عرب الربيد اإللكرتوين إىل املؤلف بعد قبول املقال‬ ‫بصفة نهائية‪.‬‬ ‫بعد نرش املقال يف املجلة‪ ،‬ميكن للمؤلف أن ينرشه مرة ثانية يف مجلة دورية أو جامعية‬ ‫أخرى‪ ،‬رشيطة اإلشارة بوضوح إىل املنشور األصيل يف « ‪.» Com-Santé‬‬ ‫ال يتقاىض املؤلفون أي أجر عىل نرش مقالهم يف املجلة‪ ،‬وعليهم إحرتام سيلسة تحرير املجلة‬ ‫وقبول نرش مقالهم بهدف تشجيع التبادل العلمي يف املجتمع األكادميي و عىل املؤلفني إرسال‬ ‫مقاالتهم وفقًا لقالب املجلة‪ ،‬وإال فإنها قد ترفض آليا‪.‬‬ ‫ال يتقاىض املؤلفون أج ًرا مقابل مقالهم‪ .‬بل إن فوائد هذا املنشور رمزية (نرش أفكارهم)‬ ‫ومهنية (التقدم يف الرتبة)‪.‬‬

‫يف الحالة التي تكون فيها املقالة مؤهلة للتقييم (تم إعدادها وفق قالب املجلة ووفق‬ ‫رشوط النرش (منط الكتابة الصحيح‪ ،‬سالمة طرح املشكلة‪ ،‬وجود فرضية للبحث‪ ،‬منهجية‬

‫يجب أن تكون املعلومات الخاصة مبؤلفي املقاالت رسية للغاية وأن يُحافظ عليها‬ ‫كل األشخاص الذين ميكنهم االطالع عليها‪ ،‬مثل رئيس التحرير‪ ،‬أعضاء هيئة‬ ‫من قبل ِّ‬ ‫التحرير‪ ،‬أو أي عضو له عالقة بالتحرير والنرش وباقي األطراف األخرى املؤمتنة حسب‬ ‫ما تتطلب عملية التحكيم‪.‬‬

‫املــوافقــة الصـــريحــة‪:‬‬

‫ال ميكن استخدام أو االستفادة من نتائج أبحاث اآلخرين املتعلقة باملقاالت غري املقبولة‬ ‫للنرش بدون ترصيح أو إذن خطي من مؤلفها‪.‬‬

‫مســـؤوليـــة املــــحكم‬ ‫املساهمة يف قرار النرش‬

‫يساعد امل ُحكِّم (امل ُق ِّيم) رئيس التحرير وهيئة التحرير يف اتخاذ قرار النرش وكذلك مساعدة‬ ‫املؤلف يف تحسني املقال وتصويبه‪.‬‬

‫رسعة الخدمة والتقيـــد باآلجال‬

‫عىل ا مل ُحكِّم املبادرة والرسعة يف القيام بتقييم املقال املوجه إليه يف اآلجال املحددة‪،‬‬ ‫وإذا تعذر ذلك بعد القيام بالدراسة األولية للمقال‪ ،‬عليه إبالغ رئيس التحرير بأن‬ ‫موضوع املقال خارج نطاق عمل املحكِّم‪ ،‬تأخري التحكيم بسبب ضيق الوقت أو عدم‬ ‫وجود اإلمكانيات الكافية للتحكيم‪.‬‬

‫يُطلب من املساهمني االلتزام باملبادئ األخالقية املعمول بها يف مجال البحث‬ ‫العلمي‪ .‬يتم أيضً ا نرش أعداد خاصة من أجل نرش العمل الناتج عن األحداث العلمية‬ ‫فيام يتعلق مبجاالت البحث التي تغطيها املجلة‪ .‬كام ميكن ألعضاء اللجنة العلمية وكذلك‬ ‫املتخصصون يف هذا املجال من اقرتاح مواضيع ألعداد من املجلة ميكن لهم القيام بتنسيقها‪.‬‬ ‫املجلة مفتوحة للباحثني ذوي الخربة وكذلك الباحثني املبتدئني الراغبني يف مشاركة أبحاثهم‬ ‫مع املجتمع العلمي‪ .‬إن مجلة « ‪ » Cِom-Santé‬هي أكرث من مجرد مساحة للنرش ‪ ،‬إنها‬ ‫تهدف إىل أن تكون مساحة لتعميق التفكري واملناقشة حول القضايا التي تهم مجتمعاتنا من‬ ‫وجهة نظر االتصال واألمن الصحي‪.‬‬

‫سيــاســــة التحـــريــر‬

‫تنرش مجلة « ‪ » Cِom-Santé‬املقاالت العلمية األصيلة واملحكمة‪ ،‬بهدف توفري جودة‬ ‫عالية ل ُق َّرائها من خالل االلتزام مببادئ مدونة أخالقيات النرش ومنع املامرسات الخاطئة‪.‬‬ ‫تسعى املجلة لوضع معايري مو ّحدة للسلوك؛ وتسهر عىل أن يقبل الجميع بقوانني املدونة‬ ‫األخالقية اتفاقا‪ ،‬وبذلك فهي ملتزمة متاما بالحرص عىل تطبيقها يف ظل القبول باملسؤولية‬ ‫والوفاء بالواجبات واملسؤوليات املسندة لكل طرف‪:‬‬

‫تعترب هيئة التحرير مبساعدة الهيئة العلمية هي ملسؤولة الوحيدة عن قرار النرش والطبع‬ ‫وتستند يف ذلك إىل سياسة تحرير املجلة والتقيد باملتطلبات القانونية للنرش‪ ،‬خاصة فيام‬ ‫يتعلق بالتشهري أو القذف أو انتهاك حقوق النرش والطبع أو القرصنة‪ ،‬كام ميكن ملدير املجلة‬ ‫استشارة أعضاء هيئة التحرير أو املراجعني يف اتخاذ القرار‪.‬‬

‫النــزاهـــــة‬

‫يضمن رئيس التحرير بأن يتم تقييم محتوى كل مقال مقدم للنرش‪ ،‬بغض النظر عن‬ ‫الجنس‪ ،‬األصل‪ ،‬االعتقاد الديني‪ ،‬املواطنة أو االنتامء السيايس للمؤلف‪.‬‬ ‫‪11‬‬

‫لكلية علوم اإلعالم واالتصال بجامعة الجزائر ‪ ، 3‬والذي يتمثل هدفه األسايس يف التوصل اىل‬ ‫خلق منهجية علمية إلعداد جهاز موثوق به لنظام صحي مستدام يف الجزائر ‪ ،‬وتكريسا لهذه‬ ‫األهداف قرر املخرب نرش مجلة « ‪ . » Cِom-Santé‬هذه مجلة أكادميية نصف سنوية ‪ .‬وهي‬ ‫تصدر بالصيغتني‪ ،‬اإللكرتونية والورقية وجميع املقاالت ميكن الوصول إليها وتنزيلها مجانًا عىل‬ ‫منصة ‪ ، PJSA‬وميكن النرش فيها بدون تكاليف بالنسبة للمؤلفني‪.‬‬ ‫املجلة لديها لجنة علمية دولية‪ .‬املؤلفون املشاركون يف هذه املراجعة يأتون من خمجاالت‬ ‫علمية متنوعة‪ .‬تهتم املجلة مبجاالت االتصال وعلوم املعلومات يف مجال الصحة‪ .‬هدفها‬ ‫هو املشاركة يف تعزيز العمل العلمي من خالل نرشه‪ .‬وتهدف أيضً ا إىل اإلبالغ عن األبحاث‬ ‫الحديثة واألصلية يف هذه املجاالت‪:‬‬ ‫ •االتصال واألمن الصحي‪.‬‬ ‫ •االتصال وإدارة األزمات الصحية‪.‬‬ ‫ •إدارة االتصال الداخيل يف مجال الصحة ‪.‬‬ ‫ •اإلبالغ عن املخاطر الصحية‪.‬‬

‫الصحي والتسويق االجتامعي والعمل السيايس والتطوير التنظيمي‪.‬‬ ‫االتصال من أجل الصحة هو عملية شاملة ومحددة وبالتايل ال ميكنها ‪ ،‬مبفردها ‪ ،‬حل‬ ‫املشكالت االجتامعية املتعلقة بالصحة‪ .‬ومع ذلك ‪ ،‬ميكن للتواصل من أجل الصحة أن يقدم‬ ‫مساهمة كبرية يف تحسني صحة األفراد والسكان ‪ ،‬بقدر ما ميكن السرتاتيجية اتصال فعالة‬ ‫أن تقود األفراد واملنظامت واملجتمعات إىل فهم احتياجاتهم بشكل أفضل وتعديل بيئتهم‬ ‫لالستجابة لها بشكل أفضل‪.‬‬ ‫عالوة عىل ذلك ‪ ،‬فيام يتعلق باملجاالت األخرى للدراسة والبحث يف مجال االتصال ‪ ،‬تكمن‬ ‫خصوصية االتصال من أجل الصحة بشكل أسايس يف البعد العاطفي والوجودي الذي يتضمنه‬ ‫‪ ،‬وهو بُعد مرتبط باألهمية التي يوليها األفراد لصحتهم واألمراض التي قد تهددها‪. .‬‬ ‫يتميز االتصال الصحي أيضً ا باألهداف والجامهري التي يستهدفها‪ .‬يف الواقع ‪ ،‬ال يهدف‬ ‫التواصل من أجل الصحة إىل إعالم األفراد واملنظامت واملجتمعات فحسب ‪ ،‬بل يهدف أيضً ا‬ ‫إىل توعيتهم بالقضايا املتعلقة بالصحة‪ .‬ويجب أن تكون هذه العملية تفاعلية وتشاركية من‬ ‫أجل خلق حوار يعزز التغيريات يف السلوك والبيئات التي من شأنها تحسني صحتهم وصحة‬ ‫السكان بشكل عام‪.‬‬ ‫لذلك يتم االتصال من أجل الصحة يف سياقات متعددة‪ :‬العالقة بني املريض ومقدم‬

‫تقــــديـــم الـمـجـلــــة‬ ‫ألكرث من ‪ 30‬سنة‪ ،‬تضاعفت األبحاث التي تجمع بني االتصال والصحة ‪ ،‬مام أدى إىل تطوير‬ ‫مجال للبحث والتدخل يسمى « التواصل من أجل الصحة (االتصاالت الصحية)‪ .‬يع ّرف بعض‬ ‫الباحثني هذا املجال عىل أنه دراسة واستخدام اسرتاتيجيات التواصل بني األشخاص والوسائل‬
