Public Relations Plan 13390 BISCAYNE BAY DRIVE The Douglas Elliman Public Relations approach to obtaining optimal exposure for our exclusive listings is highly targeted, strategic and completely 360. Every plan we produce in support of the properties we sell and lease consider every aspect of the home including location, price point, design, architecture, provenance and lifestyle. From editorial features in newspapers and magazines and on-television and podcasts of note, to thoughtful, engaging social media campaigns and highly curated events and brand experiences, we work to bring your property to life in a way that elevates the marketing and sales experience in ways unique to Douglas Elliman. In support of the marketing of 13390 Biscayne Bay Drive, the following is a suggested public relations plan. The various press opportunities that follow will be pitched by Douglas Elliman’s Public Relations department for possible exposure. We have strong and ongoing relations with both national and international media outlets and will make the best efforts to present the property for all upcoming opportunities that seem fit.
