Report of An Accident

The Principal,

Roxborough Secondary School, Bloody Bay Road, Roxborough, Tobago, Dear Sir, On the 24th of October 2021 at 1:30pm Jack’s right toe was chopped off at the playing field

My name is Michael Rogers the handyman of Roxborough Secondary School I wish to report an incident that happened at the local school playing field on the 24th of October 2021 at 12;20pm

At 12:20pm Jack Walter was playing with the lawnmour as he hopped on to the lawnmour his right toe got caught in to the machine and he was severely cut off.

I ran towards the machine and turned it off as i turned it off i notice that Jack was in a lot of pain, I pulled him from under the lawnmower. I yelled out to Zach and told him to bring the first aid kit. Zach did just that then gave me the kit. I opened the kit and placed it on the ground then began to bandage up Jack's toe. I told the worker, Zach, who brought the first aid kit for me to call the Principal. The principal came down from his office as he came he saw what happen or what was going on then he took out his phone out and dialed 911-The Emergency Response Team as he did so I however was holding jack with his bandage toe the bleeding stop then 5min after the ambulance came and relieve his pain and took him to the hospital I however decided to go with them at the hospital. I noted that to prevent another incident the students will have to wear their safety boots and stand clear of the workers while they are working anywhere on the compound.
