Friday 9th December – Reception Christmas Performance in the hall starting at 9:15 Monday 12th December – Year 1 Christmas Performance in the hall starting at 9:15 Tuesday 13th December – Year 2 Christmas Performance in the hall starting at 9:15 Wednesday 14th December – Year 3&4 Christmas Performance in the hall starting at 9:00 Wednesday 14th December – Year 5&6 Christmas Performance in the hall starting at 2:30 Thursday 15th December – Christmas Parties – children can come to school in party clothes (suitable for school and with sensible foot-wear). Teachers will let classes know what they would like children to bring Friday 16th December – Christmas Jumper Day – exchange a school jumper for a festive jumper, top or t-shirt (along with normal uniform for everything else, it’s not a non-uniform day). Children in Need THANK YOU SO MUCH for your donations for Children in Need last Friday. We raised a grand total of £420.21 which is the highest total in a number of years. This generosity in the difficult times we are facing truly shows the spirit of Chilton. Book Fair – Back in school Monday 28th to Thursday 1st We welcome the Scholastic book fair back to school next week. It will be placed outside of the Year 6 classrooms and also on the Year 1 playground before and after school. On Tuesday afternoon, it will be up at the Lantern Festival Parent-Teacher Consultation Feedback Thank you to those of you who were able to complete the survey we sent out regarding parent-teacher consultations and parents experiences of them. We had set out to make these more precise with the information given and feedback showed that parents felt that this was the case. Your comments were very much appreciated and continue to help us improve what we do.
