The art of practicing yoga helps in controlling an individual's mind, body and soul. It brings together physical and mental disciplines to achieve a healthy body and peaceful mind; it helps manage stress and anxiety and keeps you relaxing. It also helps in increasing flexibility, muscle strength and body tone.

“What children need most are the essentials that grandparents provide in abundance. They give unconditional love, kindness, patience, humour, comfort, lessons in life. A child needs grandparent to grow a little more securely into an unfamiliar world.”
CCAs build upon the inherent talents of our students as well as getting them interested in new activities and opening their minds to new possibilities in the realm of skills-based education. CCA gives the student an opportunity to develop particular skills, exhibit their non-academic abilities. ‘All work and no play, makes Jack a dull boy’.
They are the true & practical experiences gained by students by their own learning.
HAPPY MORNING
MY MANGO TREE
I’m happy to see
There is a mango tree
Shining sun in the morning .
In my yard.
I’m happy to hear,
That tree is full of mangoes
Bird’s sweet song in the morning.
Some mangoes are sour…
I’m happy to chase,
I eat them with salt
Colourful butterflies in the morning.
Some mangoes are sweet
Thank you all for make me happy.
That I like the most to eat I always pluck the mangoes..

But my mango tree never scolds me…
