Mathayom 4/13 Consultant Ms. Rachanee Phothikul The purpose of this project is to design a plan for applying the principles of sufficiency economy to the consumption of people in the world today. To have a systematic consumption principle that people can follow. In order for those who use it in their daily lives to receive the right amount of nutrients from the 5 food groups based on the sufficiency economy principle. The study method consisted of collecting relevant data from Internet searches. Academic books or from asking people with knowledge and expertise in nutrition or sufficiency economy principles for the presentation so that the general public is interested to be able to adapt it with a campaign.


2 Knowledge training Placing advertisements explaining in detail the advantages of applying consumption principles to everyday life. The study found that Good consumption should consume foods that contain all 5 food groups. If you want to apply the principles of consumption to adapt to the sufficiency economy, it can be done from studying various information. In addition, it is possible to apply consumption principles in daily life and requires effort, patience and discipline to be able to use consumption principles in the long term. The Expected benefit from this project is to be able to apply the principles of sufficiency economy to food consumption in daily life. 3 Chapter I Introduction Source and importance Nowadays, people in society suffer from congenital diseases, obesity, excess fat, thrombosis, etc. All this comes from everyone's diet.
