This is why Global Facility Management @SAP takes a people centric approach when it comes to office and environmental planning. We show this approach in the example of the Prague Project. Peter is based in Regensdorf, Switzerland, the Head Sales office of SAP Switzerland with approx. 500loyees. He started with SAP in 2000 as a Facility Service Associate. In 2007 he started with his first Project in Switzerland. In Lausanne, in the French part of the country he has installed the new Office for the Field Service operations. After that he was doing more and more projects and became a member of the EMEA leadership team in 2011.Most of his technical knowhow is self-educated. He is a self-made men which is able to adapt fast to any new situation.

Ron studied physical therapy, business administration, economics and laws and gained a bachelor degree in PT, BA and master degrees in Economics and Laws. Since 2007 he is active in the FM world, first in the educational and research aspects of \FM and nowadays practicing FM in developing the campus of the Hanze University (2800 staff members and 27.000 students), is member of IFMA, EuroFM, FMN, past chair of LOOFD and since January 2012 chairman of EuroFM, the European Facility Management Network Organization.
