Tennis courts The tennis court surface is being leveled in order to ensure the least possible water puddling when the acrylic top coat playing surface is installed. New tennis light fixtures are being installed as well in the next coming days as we near the end of the work.

Air Conditioning Preventative Maintenance Program: Management is implementing a new A/C preventative maintenance program for all residents. For $17.50, we will: replace your filter, vacuum the A/C drain line, check unit voltage, check evaporator coil, inspect duct work for leaks, check compressor amperage, add pan tablet treatment to prevent sludge build up, check and if needed calibrate thermostat, check heater if applicable. The preventative maintenance information will be logged and used to maintain the unit in the future. Without regular maintenance an air conditioner loses about 5% of its original efficiency for each year of operation. This means that a 12 unit that you bought just a few years ago may be functioning like a 9 unit today! The good news is that you can recover most of that lost efficiency through regular maintenance and save on costly repairs in the future. The preventative maintenance program allows us to make recommendations to improve functionality and efficiency as well.
