What is Gout?  Gout (also called as Vatarakta).Gout affects mainly small joints.

 It associated with a high level of uricacid in blood.  More common in males.  Inflammatory arthritis(swollen &inflamed joints)  Bursitis(swelling in space of joints)  Kidney stones.

Etiology  High blood uricacid level more than 7mg/dl.  High protein or purine contain diet like meat,beer,alcoholic bevarages,organ meat,cauliflower,spinach,dried peas.

Symptoms  Joint become red,swollen,with severe pain.  Burning pai.  Stiffness of joint.

 Sudden onset of severe pain.
