NOTICE 7 -11 /013/10 Reading Plan and Other Required Books – Grades 7-11 th

Dear Parents, Enclosed is the 2010 Reading Plan for the English and the Spanish Language Arts Areas. We would like to remind you that the Reading Plan is a critical part of the English and Spanish programs. Our students are expected to read at least 5 books in Spanish and 4 books in English throughout the year. You may purchase the books where you like, if you do not have those titles at home yet. However, since most of them are imported, we recommend every year that you order them in December through the school to ensure that your child has the material on time and he/she can adequately participate in all the activities. If you haven’t th ordered them yet, you still have a chance to place an order until March 5 . However, please have in mind that delays may occur at this point. We would like to remind you that if your son/daughter fails to bring the required books to class, the school will provide them and will charge you the corresponding amount automatically through the bank system. In such case, and because the order was not placed when advised, we can not guarantee your son/daughter will have them on time. COMUNICADO 7º-11º/013/10 Plan Lector y otros libros obligatorios – 7º a 11º

Estimados padres de familia: Adjunto encontrarán el plan lector de las áreas de Inglés y de Comunicación Integral para el año escolar 2010. Quisiéramos recordarles que el plan lector constituye una parte importante de las áreas de castellano e inglés. Los alumnos deben leer como mínimo 5 libros en español y 4 en inglés durante el año. Pueden adquirir los libros donde ustedes gusten, en caso no los tengan ya en casa. Debido a que varios de los libros son importados, recomendamos pedirlos en diciembre a través del colegio y de este modo asegurar que su hijo(a) cuente con dicho material llegado el momento y puedan participar de todas las actividades. En caso de no haberlo hecho y necesitar nuestro apoyo ahora, pueden pedirlos a más tardar el 5 de marzo, asumiendo el riesgo de las posibles demoras. Pedidos a Último día Cobranza
