Smontaggio componenti originali Importante Il presente kit può essere montato solo sul telaio veicolo predisposto quindi assicurarsi che il veicolo sia compreso tra i codici telai ZDMA201ACAB009050 e ZDM12BLW9BB009091, successivo al codice telaio ZDMA200ACAB009118 oppure successivi a MS1200 MY13.

Attenzione Supportare adeguatamente con un cavalletto commerciale il blocco motore nella parte inferiore in modo che non precipiti quando verrà smontato il perno anteriore (B) che fissa il blocco motore al telaio della moto. Mantenendo il dado originale (C) svitare il perno anteriore (B) e rimuoverli dal veicolo.

Removing the original components Caution This kit can be fitted only on a preset vehicle frame; make sure the vehicle identification number is between ZDMA201ACAB009050 and ZDM12BLW9BB009091, subsequent to vehicle identification number ZDMA200ACAB009118 or subsequent to MS1200 MY13.

Warning Support the engine properly with a standard stand in the lower part so that it does not fall when the front pin (B) fastening the engine to the bike frame will be removed. Keeping the original nut (C), unscrew the front pin (B) and remove them from the vehicle.

Verificare, prima del montaggio, che tutti i componenti risultino puliti e in perfetto stato. Adottare tutte le precauzioni necessarie per evitare di danneggiare la superficie esterna dei componenti in cui si trova ad operare. Premontare il dado speciale flangiato (7) sulla vite speciale (9) e applicando LOCTITE 601 e serrando alla coppia di serraggio 25±5% Nm. Applicare grasso bianco (Shell retinax HDX2) sulla vite speciale (9), facendo attenzione a non applicare il grasso sul filetto, altrimenti la LOCTITE 601 non funziona. Inserire la vite speciale (9) nel telaio (D) al posto del perno originale (B) rimosso in precedenza. Applicare LOCTITE 243 sull'altro dado speciale (7) e avvitarlo sulla vite speciale (9). Fissare il telaio (D) al blocco motore (E) serrando il dado speciale (7) alla coppia di serraggio 60±5% Nm. Premontare il distanziale (6) sul paramotore sinistro (2) impuntando la vite (8). Montare il paramotore sinistro (2) avvitando senza serrare la vite (8) sul dado speciale (7) montato in precedenza e impuntando la vite (4) sul foro filettato (D1). Introdurre dal lato destro del veicolo il perno di collegamento (3) ed inserirlo nella sede preposta presente sulla boccola anteriore del paramotore sinistro (2). Fissare il perno di collegamento (3) al paramotore sinistro (2) avvitando senza serrare la vite (5). Premontare il distanziale (6) sul paramotore destro (1) impuntando la vite (8). Montare il paramotore destro (1) avvitando senza serrare la vite (8) sul dado speciale (7) montato in precedenza e inserendo il perno di collegamento (3) nella sede preposta presente sulla boccola anteriore del paramotore stesso. Fissare il paramotore destro (1) impuntando la vite (4) sul foro filettato (D2) e la vite (5) sul perno di collegamento (3). Portare a battuta senza serrare le viti (4) su entrambi i lati del veicolo. Serrare le viti (8) alla coppia di serraggio 50±10% Nm. Serrare le viti (5) alla coppia di serraggio 30±10% Nm. Serrare le viti (4) alla coppia di serraggio 20±10% Nm.

Removing the kit components Caution Check that all components are clean and in perfect condition before installation. Adopt any precaution necessary to avoid damages to the external surface of the parts. Pre-assemble special flanged nut (7) on special screw (9), apply LOCTITE 601 and tighten to a tightening torque of 25±5% Nm. Apply white grease (Shell retinax HDX2) on special screw (9), making sure not to apply grease on the thread, or LOCTITE 601 will not work. Fit special screw (9) into frame (D) in place of the original pin (B) previously removed. Apply LOCTITE 243 on the other special nut (7) and screw it on the special screw (9). Fasten frame (D) to engine unit (E) by tightening the special nut (7) to a torque of 60±5% Nm. Pre-assemble spacer (6) on LH engine guard (2) by starting screw (8). Fit LH engine guard (2) by fastening screw (8), without tightening it, on the special nut (7) previously assembled and starting the screw (4) on the threaded hole (D1). Drive connection pin (3) from vehicle right side and fit it into its seat in the front bushing of LH engine guard (2). Fasten connection pin (3) to LH engine guard (2) by fastening screw (5) without tightening it. Pre-assemble spacer (6) on RH engine guard (1) by starting screw (8). Fit RH engine guard (1) by fastening screw (8) without tightening it on the special nut (7) previously assembled and fitting the connection pin (3) into its seat in the front bushing of the engine guard. Fasten RH engine guard (1) by starting the screw (4) on the threaded hole (D2) and the screw (5) on the connection pin (3). Drive screws (4) fully home without tightening them on both sides of the vehicle. Tighten screws (8) to a torque of 50±10% Nm. Tighten screws (5) to a torque of 30±10% Nm. Tighten screws (4) to a torque of 20±10% Nm.

Abnahme der Original-Teile

Importante Dieses Kit dar ausschließlich nur an einem Fahrzeugrahmen montiert werden, der dafür ausgelegt ist. Sich daher darüber vergewissern, dass das Fahrzeug unter die Rahmennummern von ZDMA201ACAB009050 bis ZDM12BLW9BB009091 fällt, nach der Rahmennummer ZDMA200ACAB009118 oder nach der MS1200 MY13 produziert wurde.

Caution Ce kit ne peut être installé que sur le cadre véhicule prévu à cet effet ; s'assurer que le véhicule est compris entre les numéros de cadre ZDMA201ACABOO9050 et ZDM12BLW9BB009091, qu'il est successif au numéro de cadre ZDMA200ACAB009118 ou à MS1200 MY13.

Achtung Attention Soutenir de manière adéquate avec un cavalier commercial le bloc moteur dans la partie inférieure de manière à ce qu'il ne précipite pas quand l'axe avant (B) qui fixe le bloc moteur au châssis de la moto sera déposé. En maintenant l'écrou d'origine (C) dévisser l'axe avant (B) et les enlever du véhicule.

Den unteren Teil des Motorblocks auf einem angemessenen, handelsüblichen Ständer abstützen, so dass er beim Ausbau des Bolzens (B) mit dem der Motorblock am Motorradrahmen befestigt ist, nicht umkippen kann. Die Original-Mutter (C) gegenhalten und dabei den vorderen Bolzen (B) lösen, dann vom Fahrzeug abnehmen.

Vérifier, avant la pose, que tous les composants sont propres et en parfait état. Adopter toutes les précautions nécessaires pour éviter d'endommager la surface externe des composants où on opère. Installer préalablement l'écrou bridé (7) sur la vis spéciale (9) après avoir appliqué l'adhésif LOCTITE 601, puis serrer au couple de serrage de 25 ± 5% Nm. Appliquer de la graisse blanche (Shell retinax HDX2) sur la vis spéciale (9) en prenant garde de ne pas appliquer la graisse sur le filetage sous peine de compromettre l'action de l'adhésif LOCTITE 601. Insérer la vis spéciale (9) dans le cadre (D) à la place de la goupille d'origine (B) retirée précédemment. Appliquer l'adhésif LOCTITE 243 sur l'autre écrou spécial (7) et visser l'écrou sur la vis spéciale (9). Fixer le cadre (D) au bloc-moteur (E) en serrant l'écrou spécial (7) au couple de serrage 60 ± 5% Nm. Installer préalablement l'entretoise (6) sur la protection moteur gauche (2) en présentant la vis (8). Installer la protection moteur gauche (2) en vissant (sans serrer) la vis (8) sur l'écrou spécial (7) installé précédemment et présenter la vis (4) sur le taraudage (D1). Introduire du côté droit du véhicule la goupille de fixation (3) et insérer cette dernière dans le logement spécial sur la bague avant de la protection moteur gauche (2). Fixer la goupille de fixation (3) à la protection moteur gauche (2) en vissant la vis (5) sans la serrer. Installer préalablement l'entretoise (6) sur la protection moteur droite (1) en présentant la vis (8). Installer la protection moteur droite (1) en vissant (sans serrer) la vis (8) sur l'écrou spécial (7) installé précédemment et insérer la goupille de fixation (3) dans le logement spécial sur la bague avant de la protection moteur. Fixer la protection moteur droite (1) en présentant la vis (4) sur le taraudage (D2) et la vis (5) sur la goupille de fixation (3). Faire buter (sans serrer) les vis (4) des deux côtés du véhicule. Serrer les vis (8) au couple de serrage 50 ± 10% Nm. Serrer les vis (5) au couple de serrage 30 ± 10% Nm. Serrer les vis (4) au couple de serrage 20 ± 10% Nm.

Wichtig Vor der Montage überprüfen, dass sich alle Komponenten im sauberen und perfekten Zustand befinden. Alle erforderlichen Vorsichtsmaßnahmen treffen, um eine Beschädigung der Oberflächen der Komponenten, die vom Eingriff betroffen sind, zu vermeiden. Die geflanschte Spezialmutter (7) nach Auftrag von LOCTITE 60 auf die Spezialschraube (9) schrauben und mit einem Anzugsmoment von 25 ± 5 % Nm anziehen. Weißes Fett (Shell Retinax HDX2) auf die Spezialschraube (9) auftragen und dabei darauf achten, dass das Fett nicht auf das Gewinde gelangt, da das LOCTITE 601 sonst keine Wirkung hat. Die Spezialschraube (9) anstelle des zuvor entfernten Origina-Bolzens (B) in den Rahmen (D) einschrauben. LOCTITE 243 auf die andere Spezialmutter (7) auftragen und auf der Spezialschraube (9) anschrauben. Den Rahmen (D) am Motorblock (E) befestigen, dazu die Spezialmutter (7) mit einem Anzugsmoment von 60 ± 5 % Nm anziehen. Das Distanzstück (6) durch Ansetzen der Schraube (8) am linken Motorschutz (2) vormontieren. Den linken Motorschutz (2) montieren, dazu die Schraube (8) in die zuvor montierte Spezialmutter (7) einschrauben, ohne sie dabei anzuziehen, dann die Schraube (4) in der Gewindebohrung (D1) ansetzen. Den Verbindungsbolzen (3) von der rechten Fahrzeugseite her in seinen Sitz in der vorderen Buchse des linken Motorschutzes (2) einfügen. Den Verbindungsbolzen (3) durch Einschrauben der Schraube (5), ohne sie dabei anzuziehen, am linken Motorschutz (2) befestigen. Das Distanzstück (6) durch Ansetzen der Schraube (8) am rechten Motorschutz (1) vormontieren. Den rechten Motorschutz (1) montieren, dazu die Schraube (8) in die zuvor montierte Spezialmutter (7) einschrauben, jedoch nicht festziehen, dann den Verbindungsbolzen (3) in seinen Sitz in der vorderen Buchse des Motorschutzes einfügen. Den rechten Motorschutz (1) durch Ansetzen der Schraube (4) in die Gewindebohrung (D2) und die Schraube (5) am Verbindungsbolzen (3) befestigen. Die Schrauben (4) an beiden Seiten des Fahrzeugs auf Anschlag bringen, jedoch noch nicht anziehen. Die Schrauben (8) mit einem Anzugsmoment von 50±10% Nm anziehen. Die Schrauben (5) mit einem Anzugsmoment von 30±10% Nm anziehen. Die Schrauben (4) mit einem Anzugsmoment von 20±10% Nm anziehen.

Desmontagem dos componentes originais Importante Este kit pode ser montado apenas no chassi do veículo predisposto, portanto, certifique-se de que o veículo esteja compreendido entre os códigos de chassis ZDMA201ACAB009050 e ZDM12BLW9BB009091, sucessivo ao código de chassi ZDMA200ACAB009118 ou sucessivos a MS1200 MY13.

Atenção Apoie adequadamente com um cavalete comercial o bloco do motor na parte inferior, de modo que não caia quando for desmontado o perno dianteiro (B) que fixa o bloco do motor ao chassi da moto. Mantendo a porca original (C), desatarraxe o perno dianteiro (B) e remova-os do veículo.

Verifique, antes da montagem, se todos os componentes estão limpos e em perfeito estado. Adote todas as precauções necessárias para evitar danificar qualquer peça com a qual deve trabalhar. Monte a porca especial flangeada (7) no parafuso especial (9) e aplicando LOCTITE 601 e apertando a um binário de aperto 25±5% Nm. Aplique massa branca (Shell retinax HDX2) no parafuso especial (9), prestando atenção para não aplicar a massa na rosca, caso contrário o LOCTITE 601 não funciona. Insira o parafuso especial (9) no chassi (D) no lugar do perno original (B) removido anteriormente. Aplique LOCTITE 243 na outra porca especial (7) e atarraxe-a no parafuso especial (9). Fixe o chassi (D) no bloco do motor (E), apertando a porca especial (7) a um binário de aperto de 60±5% Nm. Monte o espaçador (6) no protetor do motor esquerdo (2), introduzindo o parafuso (8). Monte o protetor do motor esquerdo (2) atarraxando sem apertar o parafuso (8) na porca especial (7) montada anteriormente e introduzindo o parafuso (4) no furo roscado (D1). Introduza, pelo lado direito do veículo, o perno de ligação (3) e insira-o na sede preparada presente no casquilho dianteiro do protetor do motor esquerdo (2). Fixe o perno de ligação (3) no protetor do motor esquerdo (2), atarraxando sem apertar o parafuso (5). Monte o espaçador (6) no protetor do motor direito (1), introduzindo o parafuso (8). Monte o protetor do motor direito (1) atarraxando sem apertar o parafuso (8) na porca especial (7) montada anteriormente e inserindo o perno de ligação (3) na sede preparada presente no casquilho dianteiro do próprio protetor do motor. Fixe o protetor do motor direito (1) introduzindo o parafuso (4) no foro roscado (D2) e o parafuso (5) no perno de ligação (3). Encoste sem apertar os parafusos (4) em ambos os lados do veículo. Aperte os parafusos (8) a um binário de aperto de 50±10% Nm. Aperte os parafusos (5) a um binário de aperto de 30±10% Nm. Aperte os parafusos (4) a um binário de aperto de 20±10% Nm.

Fit RH engine guard (1) by fastening screw (8) without tightening it on the special nut (7) previously assembled and fitting the connection pin (3) into its seat in the front bushing of the engine guard. Fasten RH engine guard (1) by starting the screw (4) on the threaded hole (D2) and the screw (5) on the connection pin (3). Drive screws (4) fully home without tightening them on both sides of the vehicle. Tighten screws (8) to a torque of 50±10% Nm. Tighten screws (5) to a torque of 30±10% Nm. Tighten screws (4) to a torque of 20±10% Nm.

Importante Este kit se puede montar sólo en el bastidor del vehículo predispuesto; por lo tanto es necesario asegurarse de que el vehículo esté comprendido entre los códigos bastidor ZDMA201ACAB009050 y ZDM12BLW9BB009091, siguiente al código bastidor ZDMA200ACAB009118 o siguientes a MS1200 MY13.

Atención Con un caballete adquirido en comercio, soportar de manera adecuada el bloque motor en la parte inferior para que no caiga cuando se extraiga el perno delantero (B), que fija el bloque motor al bastidor de la moto. Manteniendo la tuerca original (C) destornillar el perno delantero (B) y quitarlos del vehículo.

重要 本キットは特定のフレームにのみ取 り付けることができます。お手持ちの車両 のフレームナンバーが、 ZDMA200ACAB009118 以降の ZDMA201ACAB009050 ～ ZDM12BLW9BB009091 の間であること、あるいは MS1200 MY13 以 降のモデルであることを確認してくださ い。

注記 エンジンブロックをバイクフレーム に固定している前側ピン (B) を取り外した ときに落下しなように、エンジンブロック 下部をメンテナンススタンドで適切に支え ます。 専用ナット (C) を固定しながら前側ピン (B) を緩め、ナットとピンを車両から取り外し ます。

Controlar, antes del montaje, que todos los componentes se encuentren limpios y en perfecto estado. Adoptar todas las precauciones necesarias para evitar daños en la superficie exterior de los componentes donde se debe operar. Premontar la tuerca especial con brida (7) en el tornillo especial (9), aplicando LOCTITE 601 y ajustando al par de apriete de 25±5% Nm. Aplicar grasa blanca (Shell retinax HDX2) en el tornillo especial (9), prestando atención a no aplicar grasa en la rosca, de lo contrario LOCTITE 601 no funciona. Introducir el tornillo especial (9) en el bastidor (D) en el lugar del perno original (B) quitado anteriormente. Aplicar LOCTITE 243 en la otra tuerca especial (7) y atornillarla en el tornillo especial (9). Fijar el bastidor (D) al bloque motor (E) ajustando la tuerca especial (7) al par de apriete de 60±5% Nm. Premontar el separador (6) en el protector motor izquierdo (2) colocando el tornillo (8). Montar el protector motor izquierdo (2) atornillando sin apretar el tornillo (8) en la tuerca especial (7) montada anteriormente e introduciendo el tornillo (4) en el orificio roscado (D1). Desde el lado derecho del vehículo, introducir el perno de conexión (3) en su alojamiento presente en el casquillo delantero del protector motor izquierdo (2). Fijar el perno de conexión (3) en el protector motor izquierdo (2) atornillando sin apretar el tornillo (5). Premontar el separador (6) en el protector motor derecho (1) introduciendo el tornillo (8). Montar el protector motor derecho (1) atornillando sin apretar el tornillo (8) en la tuerca especial (7) montada anteriormente e introduciendo el perno de conexión (3) en su alojamiento presente en el casquillo delantero del protector motor mismo. Fijar el protector motor derecho (1) colocando el tornillo (4) en el orificio roscado (D2) y el tornillo (5) en el perno de conexión (3). Llevar hasta el tope sin apretar los tornillos (4) a ambos lados del vehículo. Ajustar los tornillos (8) al par de apriete de 50±10% Nm. Ajustar los tornillos (5) al par de apriete de 30±10% Nm. Ajustar los tornillos (4) al par de apriete de 20±10% Nm.

キット部品の取り付け 重要 取り付け前にすべての部品に汚れが なく、完璧な状態であることを確認しま す。 作業する部品の外側表面を傷つけないため に、必要な予防措置を取ってください。 専用フランジナット (7) を専用スクリュー (9) に仮取り付けします。LOCTITE 601 を 塗布し、25 ± 5% Nm のトルクで締め付けま す。 専用スクリュー (9) にホワイトグリース (Shell retinax HDX2) を塗布します。この 時、LOCTITE 601 の効果が失われますので、 スレッド部にはグリースを塗布しないよう に注意してください。 先ほど取り外したオリジナルピン (B) のか わりに専用スクリュー (9) をフレーム (D) に挿入します。 もう一つの専用ナット (7) に LOCTITE 243 を塗布し、専用スクリュー (9) にねじ込み ます。 専用ナット (7) を 60 ± 5% Nm のトルクで 締め付け、フレーム (D) をエンジンブロッ ク (E) に固定します。 スクリュー (8) を差し込み、スペーサー (6) を左エンジンガード (2) に仮取り付け します。 左エンジンガード (2) を取り付けます。こ の時、先ほど取り付けた専用ナット (7) に スクリュー (8) を締め付けずにねじ込み、 スレッド付き穴 (D1) にスクリュー (4) を 差し込みます。 車両の右側から接続ピン (3) を取り付け、 左エンジンガード (2) のフロントブッシュ にある取り付け位置に挿入します。 スクリュー (5) を締め付けずにねじ込み、 接続ピン (3) を左エンジンガード (2) に固 定します。 スクリュー (8) を差し込み、スペーサー (6) を右エンジンガード (1) に仮取り付け します。 右エンジンガード (1) を取り付けます。こ の時、先ほど取り付けた専用ナット (7) に スクリュー (8) を締め付けずにねじ込み、 接続ピン (3) を右エンジンードのフロント ブッシュにある取り付け位置に挿入しま す。 スクリュー (4) をスレッド付き穴 (D2) に、 スクリュー (5) を接続ピン (3) に差し込 み、右エンジンガード (1) を固定します。 スクリュー (4) を車両の両側に、締め付け ずに奥まで差し込みます。 スクリュー (8) を 50 ± 10% Nm のトルクで 締め付けます。 スクリュー (5) を 30 ± 10% Nm のトルクで 締め付けます。 スクリュー (4) を 20 ± 10% Nm のトルクで 締め付けます。
