• Following the European Comission Decision and the Proyect Environmental Impact Declaration, the Granadilla Port keeps a strict observance of each and every compensatory measures
Reliability of the basic services • The Service Coordination Center (SCC) of the Port (operational 24 hours) • The CCS is equipped with real time wind data, AIS, radar, certified electronic navigation chart, cameras (they control ships up to 100 miles), estimates the time of arrival, record the whole operations • The CCS guarantees the services requested 24 hours in advance
• 40 minutes is the pilot maximum time aboard during berthing: – 3 permanent pilots – 7 tugboats, 2 tractor type
– up to 4 mooring men at each mooring manoeuvre
