FLOODING PROBLEMS Mexicaltzingo is a municipality in Mexico that suffers from flooding in its streets during the rainy season (June-September), the floods are due to natural factors and the infrastructure of drains with low dispersion capacity, to this problem is added the illegal waste from fatty products to strainers.
Root OF THE PROBLEM Due to the multifactorial ecological problem that includes the illegal disposal of fats into strainers by chicharroneros businesses, the massive sale of disposables, clogging of sand, an obsolete drainage infrastructure, it was decided to refocus it on reducing the illegal disposal of fats, so solve it. would have a greater impact on the municipality and its inhabitants.

Proposed SOLUTION System to process fat waste from pork rind businesses as raw material in new products and generate jobs, promoting economic gain and clean streets, Designing a system for collecting and transforming pork fat from the production of pork rinds from businesses that produce it within of the municipality of Mexicaltzingo that allows the use, and prevents it from reaching drains that lead to the river, thus avoiding garbage in drains.
USE DESCRIPTION Its objective is to facilitate the activity of emptying the fat from the chock to the drum. The adaptation made to the tools avoids muscle fatigue and optimizes the time that this phase takes.
V7000 The bucket designed for the V7000 system facilitates the process of emptying and cleaning the bucket, in order to facilitate the collection tasks carried out by the CML company, for its subsequent transformation, these cases will be provided to the participants of the sale of grease by a partial cost.
