Hornos Ovens HLV-DUPLEX SYSTEM: Vertical y Horizontal HLV-DUPLEX SYSTEM: Vertical & Horizontal El mercado ha desarrollado diferentes sistemas para laminar. Todos ellos tienen sus ventajas y desventajas que se han identificado y se aplican de acuerdo a la pieza que se va a trabajar. Sistema vertical: Perfectamente apropiado para piezas grandes debido a su fácil manipulación por un solo operador. El nuevo sistema de gomas permite una rápida realización de piezas grandes en pocos minutos. Esto significa un aumento en la producción del mercado a un coste inferior por pieza producida, permitiendo una flexibilidad mayor en el grosor en una hornada en comparación con otros sistemas. Es adecuado para piezas grandes, curvadas, estándar, templadas por su alta transparencia y piezas con inserciones centrales. Sistema horizontal: El sistema horizontal se caracteriza por el uso de bolsa de vacío. Su principal ventaja radica en la velocidad de la preparación de piezas de laminado pequeñas y medianas por lo cual es el mejor sistema para proyectos de piezas a mediana y pequeña escala, diferentes cuadraturas o piezas de superficie irregular.

Hornos Ovens Hornos de Heat Soak Test (H.S.T) y Sistema de Laminado Heat Soak Test (H.S.T) Ovens & Laminate System Delante de una pieza de cristal templado roto, sin conocer la razón expresa de su rotura, se comienzan a imaginar las posibles causas y el inverosímil final. Hornos Ovens NOVEDAD NEW

Sistema PUJOL-100 PUJOL-100 System Horno destinado a la fabricación de PVB-EVA que a diferencia de los sistemas tradicionales de autoclave no necesita de cámara blanca con deshumidificador, aire acondicionado y calandrado. Incremento de la flexibilidad de producción y por tanto de las oportunidades de negocio al poder combinar ciclos de EVA y PVB cubriendo y adaptándose a todas las necesidades de cada proyecto. El Nuevo sistema PUJOL 100 de alta producción permite en su modelo básico la elaboración de ciclos rápidos de PVB donde se pueden llegar a elaborar 1500KG de vidrio laminado por hornada en un tiempo aproximado de 5 horas.

Disminución de la potencia eléctrica al ser un ciclo por batches con poca superfície requerida, no interfiriendo en el total de la producción diaria que puede llegar a ser de hasta 6Tn/día. Gracias a un elevador posicionador de ensamblaje y a una estación de almacenamiento de bandejas ensambladas se reducen los costes por tiempos muertos de carga y descarga generando un ciclo constante de producción.
