GENERAL INFORMATION 1. Place and date of event The Seminar on “Accident Investigation” LACAC/CAAS will be held from 22 to 26 August, 2011, in Santiago de Cali, Colombia. 2. Hotel Site of the Event Hotel Spiwak Chipichape.

3. Inscripción Registration of participants will take place on Monday, 22 August 2011, 08:00 to 09:00 hours. Participants must register by sending your registration form duly completed to [email protected], the same which shall include a recent photo (which considers the face from the shoulders).

Opening Session The Seminar’ opening session will take place on Monday, 22 August 2011, at 09:00 hours.

Languages The working language will be English, with English/Spanish simultaneous interpretation.

Documentation At the end of the event, participants will receive a participation certificate and an electronic file with Seminar documentation.

Travel documents Foreign citizens should be credited with passports. Depending on the country of origin may require a visa.

International Embarkation Fee Generally the airport fee is included in the cost of tickets for the delegates, if not included, the cost is USD 83.00.

Electric power In Colombia domestic electricity is 110 V AC, 60 Haz. Electrical connectors or plugs used in Colombia are American type, with both feet flat input (plug type A) or with a third round pin (plug type B). In the market you can find adapters for these outlets, especially for devices with European plugs (plug type C or Europlug), but for other types of connectors, you must go to specialty stores electricity.
