Induction Bending Induction Bending – Proclad Induction Bending Ltd (PIB) • Size range is 2” NB to 42” NB diameter with bend radius from 2D and above. • Materials X52 -X70, alloy steels, austenitic stainless steels, duplex steels, super duplex steels, steels clad with alloy 625 and alloy 825. • For CRA induction bends, size range from 6” NB and above. • Equipped with Automatic Temperature Control. • Capable of manufacturing up to 180 degree bends • Pipe thickness ranging from 0.25”(6mm) to 4” (100mm) • Ability to achieve multiple bends and swirls on a single length of pipe • Intelli-bend critical recording and control process • Fully accredited www.proclad.com
