PriNciPAl’s MESSAGE Dear Parents, Students and well-wishers of the KV AFS KASAULI family, I deem it my proud privilege to greet you to a creative treat of literary ventures of the Multi-faceted Students of our Vidyalaya. I would like to express my deep sentiments of gratitude to every one of you for your constant support, love and concern towards the Vidyalaya which enables and encourages us to strive hard to carry forward the mission of spreading value-based knowledge to one and all. Education is not an act of acquiring knowledge but learning a skill to lead life and forming one’s personality. The aim of Education is to make learning an enriching, fulfilling, and enjoyable experience through a multidisciplinary approach, combining theory and practice in pedagogy. Our persistent efforts are to leverage the intellectual and emotional capabilities of students, encourage the free and spirited exchange of ideas to celebrate diversity, while ensuring inclusivity. It should be our collective endeavour to promote an inspirational, motivational, value-abased academic and administrative environment. The Vidyalaya Magazine provides a platform to the creativity of students which strengthen with the wings of imagination. EDITORIAL Education gives wings to the mind and flight to the imagination. One needs to be creatively involved in this pursuit of knowledge. The seeds of this phenomenal endeavour can be sown in childhood only and teachers can play a pivotal role in that. Today, in this fast-changing world where the common phrase ‘sky is the limit’ seems a bit of a cliché, since the quantum of success has grown in manifold, holistic development of a child is of paramount importance. The chief focus of education should be collaborative and comprehensive learning that would enhance the growth curve and prepare the students for challenging roles in the future. We need to recognize, appreciate, applaud and foster the fine blend of sensibilities in a child and thus this magazine is to be viewed as a launch pad for the children’s creative urges to blossom naturally. This humble initiative is to set the budding mind free allowing them to roam free in the realm of imagination and experience to create a world of beauty in words.
