With a successful combination of state of the art manufacturing techniques, continuous tracking of bathroom design trends and provision of the most fashionable furniture finishes available, Mission’s appeal is in the ability to supply to a wide variation of projects. By applying in-depth knowledge and expertise, the solution to design and construct for leading house builders who specify Mission brand products by name, begins with a creative technical approach and is completed with finished product delivered to site. Whether specifications are for Mission’s standard ranges, bespoke tailor–made furniture or a combination of both, Mission’s production capabilities offer a service that is second to none and application specific. Installed in new developments throughout the UK, Mission earns its high reputation through the merchant trade, supplying leading house builders specifying Mission products by brand name. No single project is too small or too large and each is individually evaluated by Mission’s experienced sales, design and production team. By manufacturing both in the UK and Europe, Mission has the flexibility to encompass a broad spectrum of bespoke design demands. In addition, furniture is stocked in up to eight core finishes, available for immediate delivery to support ongoing project work, plus a further 50 alternative finishes available to special order should other colours be required. Mission wrapped furniture is manufactured in a combination of 15, 18 and 25mm MDF board, with a protective melamine surface on the reverse. The visible surface is a pressed heat sealed one piece waterproof PVC vinyl wrap, achieving perfect edges and a robust durable finish. Ideally suited to bathroom applications, the production process provides consistent colour match quality and particularly benefits the house-build sector with extended product longevity. Cabinet production utilises edged melamine faced 18mm MFC board and the finished article may also incorporate vinyl wrapped MDF. All furniture design is specific in materials and offers the optimum finish to the application being considered. Should the benefits of Forest Stewardship Council® certified wood materials be required, Mission can supply all products through its FSC® certification. The Mission brand offers consistent quality bathroom furniture at cost-effective contract rates. MODULAR FURNITURE MIRROR DOOR CABINET STORAGE SYSTEM Link together any combination of Logic modula 400, 500 and 600mm wide mirror door storage units to create a bespoke run of wall cabinets. Fill as much or as little wall space as required, to suit “wall to wall” specifications. To complete the effect, oversized rail and infill sets are supplied to be trimmed to size on site to suit the required wall space. A single Logic cabinet can also be installed as a mirror door storage unit (not wall to wall), using an appropriate sized rail set. Mirror doors are universal for left and right hand opening. Cabinets come complete with 2 glass shelves and soft close door hinges. Mirror doors overhang the bottom rail by 20mm for handle-less opening.

BESPOKE / TAILOR MADE SERVICE BESPOKE CABINETRY Mission’s manufacturing capabilities include the design and production of special order bespoke bathroom furniture carcassing. This could be in the form of tailor made vanity units with doors and drawers, wall cabinets with plain, mirrored or demista doors, shelving units or boiler housing cupboards. Upgraded specifications can include LED lighting and demista doors. Please contact Mission with details of your requirements. Minimum order quantities may apply.

BESPOKE WORKTOPS

Supply exact dimensions and worktops can be manufactured to bespoke, tailor made sizes to suit individual specifications. Any length and depth can be accommodated subject to board availability. All Mission core stock finishes are available and additional finishes to special order (pg 3). Worktop board thickness is usually 25mm with a 2mm radius edge profile and protected by a melamine reverse.

BESPOKE SPLASHBACKS

Supply exact dimensions and splashbacks can be manufactured to bespoke, tailor made sizes to suit individual specifications. Any size can be accommodated subject to board availability. All Mission core stock finishes are available and additional finishes to special order (pg 3). Splashback board thickness is usually 15mm with a 2mm radius edge profile, protected by a melamine reverse.

BESPOKE FASCIA PANELLING

Create a timber stud framework and supply exact dimensions for fascia panelling which can be supplied in any of Mission’s core stock finishes and additional finishes to special order (pg 3). Any size can be accommodated subject to board availability. Fascia panelling board thickness is usually supplied in 15 or 18mm with a 2mm radius edge profile, protected by a melamine reverse.

BESPOKE BATH PANELS AND PLINTHS

Mission can manufacture to special order any height and length bath panel and plinth for specific installations or pre-fitted baths that require a bespoke sized panel. Please see pages 14-16 for further details on Mission’s stock bath panel collection and page 17 for details on the bespoke tailor made bath panel and plinth service.

FRAMED STORAGE BOX An excellent solution as an additional open shelf storage feature (see pg 10). The framed storage box is a ‘loose fit’ into a recess, and can be used to cleverly conceal pipework connections and the emergency water stop-cock behind its base. The Mission collection of Quantum bathroom mirror door cabinets allows for ideal storage with three useful sizes to select from. Colour matched and coordinated in mission’s five core stock finishes, the cabinets form a perfect finish to complete a bathroom setting. Mission Premier Bath Panels are widely specified within new house-builds and include essential design features and material durability. Offering a selection of optional designs to suit a variety of bathroom settings, the collection is available in a range of 8 core stock finishes (page 3) and to special order in 50+ additional finishes. Stock bath panels are coded opposite. Bath panels are manufactured to a standard height to suit the majority of bath leg height adjustments. PREMIER BATH PANELS

INSTALLATION 10mm UNDERBATH TOP FIXING LIP A 10mm high moulded top lip sits under the rim of the bath to fix and hold the bath panel in position. The sealed top lip also protects against excess water overspill preventing ingress into the top edge of the bath panel.

FINISHED SEALED EDGES Vinyl wrap technology allows all panel edges to be sealed using a single piece of waterproof vinyl.

CORNER JOINT The vinyl wrapped waterproof surface fully finishes and seals all bath panel edges, removing any requirement for a finishing corner post.

Mission’s bath panel fitting kit is a tried and tested concealed solution to installing and removing a fitted bath panel without the need to fix through the front face of the bath panel. Comprising of a 3-piece drilled MDF baton set, self adhesive velcro style pre-cut strips, screws and plugs. A baton is fitted on the wall vertically either end of the bath with a 3rd baton fitted horizontally to the floor under the centre of the bath. All 3 batons are recessed under the front edge of the bath by the panel thickness (15mm). The adhesive strips are applied to the 3 batons and reverse of the bath panel to secure the panel in place. The panel can then be removed and reattached if necessary.

Very popular in the contract sector, these bath panels utilise all the benefits of vinyl wrap technology and feature the 10mm underbath top fixing lip. Contract bath panels are manufactured to a standard height suiting the majority of bath leg height adjustments. Optional plinths are available to increase the height if required (p17). Contract bath panels are protected with a melamine reverse.

The Melbourne bath panel is Mission’s low cost, plain panel. It offers a gloss white paint finish with a clear lacquer protective overspray. Ideal for housing associations and budget developments or as a direct replacement for hardboard panelling. The Melbourne panel is produced using the latest cut and edged MFC technology.

OPTIONAL BATH PANEL PLINTHS

Optional bath panel plinths can be added for a variety of reasons. If the floor is sloping, attaching a plinth to the rear side of the bath panel will allow for the drop in the floor at one end of the bath. The bath itself could be installed higher at one end and attaching a plinth will correct this. For certain installations a bath may have to be raised on its legs to its highest point and a standard height bath panel may not be high enough. In this instance, adding an optional plinth to the rear side of the panel would increase the overall bath panel height and act as a feature plinth skirting.

ILLUMINATED BATH PANELS Bespoke mirror door cabinets, LED down lighting, bespoke worktops, framed storage boxes, bath panels. On bathroom furniture specifications, Mission will endeavour to find a solution to design and deliver.

ILLUMINATED BATH PANELS

Lighting is a major aspect in bathroom project work and Mission can assist with the introduction of a 2-piece illuminated bath panel with plinth. Utilising concealed batons, the plinth is set back 40mm from the slab bath panel and a full length white LED strip light is installed to the underside of the batons. This creates a stunning down light feature on to the bathroom floor. Available to special order in all Mission’s core stock finishes (page 3).

The predetermined finished height of the 2-piece panel with plinth is 525mm (including 10mm under-bath top lip). Ideally suited to the majority of bath leg height adjustment. Please see LED lighting kit specification below.

Mission offer a boxed ‘plug and play’ low voltage 12v LED lighting strip kit, ideal for bathroom applications. Kits are available in 1m and 2m lighting lengths and the IP65 rated LED strip can be located within Zone 0, directly above or below a bathroom wall cabinet, or to illuminate a bath panel. The 12v Driver is IP20 rated and must be located within an appropriate area Zone in accordance with current legislation and connects to a mains electrical supply via an RCD device. A 14mm wide x 7mm deep self-adhesive aluminium track is supplied to neatly house the LED lighting strip. An ideal solution for illuminating above or below mirror cabinets and creating concealed LED lighting within a bathroom setting. All electrical work should be carried out by a suitably qualified electrician in accordance with current IEE wiring regulations.

FRAMED MIRRORS

As an alternative option to mirror storage cabinets, Mission offer 2 sizes of framed mirroring in 5 core stock finishes. Other finishes can be supplied to special order. The 4mm polished edge mirror is adhered to 18mm edged board to create a feature frame effect. Colour matched to the Mission furniture collection, the mirror can be installed either portrait or landscape. The key hole fixings on the reverse allow the mirror to neatly sit flush against the wall.

HOW MISSION OPERATES: THE SUPPLY CHAIN Aquaflo Mission Group (AMG) distribute and deliver the Mission brand to the construction industry via leading merchant trade and retail outlets throughout the UK. We also cooperate closely with designers, architects, specifiers and major housebuilders. This is to assist with and develop bathroom furniture solutions, utilising core stock ranges of Mission products. Mission can also design bespoke tailor made furniture to fulfil an individual specification.

ENQUIRIES AND QUOTATIONS Mission treat each enquiry as an individual project. Our highly experienced team in sales through to design and production will have personal input to meet the needs of that specification. Mission welcomes all bathroom furniture enquiries from all sectors of the construction industry and our sales team will be keen to assist. Once we have full details on an enquiry, it will be passed through to the design team to evaluate the project and ensure the required specification is met. With the product fully costed, an official quotation will be supplied to the preferred merchant trade outlet that will stock and supply to site.

DELIVERY AND SUPPLY Delivery is made from our UK warehouse direct to the supplying merchant in agreed volume quantities. Core stock delivery lead times will be applicable, as will manufacturing lead times for bespoke tailor made special orders.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

ORDERING – DELIVERY & TERMS 1.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect ordering. Any goods purchased as Made To Measure cannot be returned or credited.

2. Goods cannot under any circumstances be returned without our approval. Items that have been approved for return will incur a minimum 25% re-stocking charge 3. For stock items please allow up to 10-15 working days for delivery. For carcassing/cabinetry, please allow up to 15-25 working days for delivery. 4. A delivery charge of £25 may be applied to all orders under a value of £1000 (ex. VAT). A direct to site delivery charge may also apply 5. The company will endeavor to supply goods on or as close to the date specified on orders. 6. We are ONLY responsible for the goods delivered to the initial delivery address. Any goods which have been shipped out to a customer or site via our initial delivery point, is not our responsibility. Any losses/ damages/missing items must be reported to whoever has shipped the goods to you.

Please inspect the goods within 48 hours of delivery and inform Mission Corporation (UK) Ltd of any queries. We can then take appropriate action and advise accordingly.

8. Damaged or missing goods, should be reported within 48-hours. Do NOT try to rectify the problem and most importantly do not try to amend the product to suit. This should be reported immediately and we will organize a replacement as soon as realistically possibly. In the meantime, provision will be made for inspection and/or collection of the respective goods. All issues MUST be reported in writing and where possible photographed for evidence. PAYMENT 9. Credit accounts may be offered to customers when all relevant documentation and credit checks have been completed. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE CREDIT ACCOUNTS. 10. Until an account has been agreed, customers will be asked to make a cleared payment before dispatch of goods. Payments can be made by bank transfer, quoting the pro-forma invoice number.

11. For account customers, our terms are strictly net monthly. Where an account is overdue for payment, goods waiting to be dispatched will be withheld. 12.
