Primoris Partners with Magid Glove and Safety - By Charmain de la Roche, HSE Administrator

We are extremely pleased to announce our partnership with Magid Glove and Safety. The goal of this partnership is to establish consistency with PPE and safety supplies while also ensuring transparency in purchasing information and trend data.

• Shipping and billing for offices and some project locations have been pre-populated. • Primoris will be able to receive reports regarding purchasing history by BU or location, which will allow us to trend data.

How can using this account help Primoris?

As this program evolves, the Energy Segment will be phasing out the option to order PPE and safety supplies from outside vendors unless approved by purchasing or HSE.

• Primoris and Magid have agreed to consistent discounted pricing and free ground shipping. • The Safety / Operations department has selected items to improve overall performance. • We have established minimum stock on popular logo items such as hard hats and vests.

Please get in touch with your HSE Representative for access as a user or to establish a new shipping address for projects.

How to Reset My Primoris Network Password?

Did you know? Every 90 days each Primoris user is expected to change their network password. This is a global setting required for all users and is an important activity to maintaining the security of the Primoris network, our intellectual property and each of our own company data across all systems we access. Below are a few tips (and requirements) when you are being asked to change your password. 1. A reminder is sent via email starting 14 days before your password actually expires. The reminder will continue each day until the password actually expires. This will provide plenty of time and reminders to make the password change. Below is a screenshot of the email that is sent on behalf of Netwrix Auditor (a product within our overall IT toolset). This is a valid email (NOT a phishing email) and is generated from our system reminding us to change our password. The reminder email will come from “DoNotReply ” and be addressed to your specific username “[email protected]” email address (Ex: Chad Haxton ). 2. If you are in a Primoris office you can simply hit “CTRLALT-DEL” and follow the prompts to change your password. 3. If you would like to change your password at any time you can also use the link pwreset.prim.com and follow the prompts to change your password. This can be done from both in the office or on any mobile device if you are remote outside the office. 4. Upon changing your network password be sure to also change passwords on all of your mobile devices that connect to the Primoris network. 5. If a Primoris system uses Single Sign-on (SSO), such as the Primoris Intranet, Egnyte, Concur, etc. the password will automatically change to be the same as your new password. 6. Password requirements within the system MUST contain the following: • At least 8 characters long • One capital letter • One lower case letter • One number or symbol 7. Passwords may NOT contain or match: • Your name • Your current password or previous 12 passwords As always, if you have questions, do not hesitate to reach out to the service desk for assistance.

THIRD QUARTER RESULTS Dallas, TX – August 10, 2022– Primoris Services Corporation (NASDAQ GS: PRIM) (“Primoris” or “Company”) today announced financial results for its third quarter ended September 30 and confirmed the Company’s outlook. For the third quarter 2022, Primoris reported the following highlights: • Revenue of $1,284.1 million, up $370.9 million, or 40.6 percent, yearover-year driven by strong growth in the Utilities and Energy/ Renewables segments, including $155.7 million from the PLH acquisition • Delivered net income of $43.0 million, or $0.80 per diluted share, and adjusted net income of $60.4 million, or $1.12 per diluted share • Generated adjusted earnings before interest, income taxes, depreciation and amortization (“Adjusted EBITDA”) of $109.0 million • Increased backlog to a record $5.5 billion, up 99.8 percent from the third quarter of 2021, including Master Service Agreements (“MSA”) backlog of $2.1 billion • Annual 2022 guidance range for earnings per share (“EPS”) updated to $2.31 to $2.51 to reflect incremental depreciation, amortization of intangibles, and transaction, integration and related costs associated with the PLH acquisition • Maintained Adjusted EPS guidance range of $2.39 to $2.59

“Our third quarter results demonstrate another significant step in executing our long-term growth strategy. We saw record revenue and backlog for the second consecutive quarter, including significant organic revenue growth in our Utilities and Energy/Renewables segments and a near doubling of our backlog compared to the previous year,” said Tom McCormick, President and Chief Executive Officer of Primoris. “The closing of the PLH acquisition in August also contributed meaningfully to our performance this quarter, including adding almost $600 million of backlog while expanding our geographic footprint and customer base. The Utilities segment saw the benefit of our teams’ efforts to work with our customers to mitigate the ongoing impacts of inflation, resulting in gross margins improving 4.3 percentage points compared to the second quarter. We also made further progress in unlocking the potential of our communications business by growing revenue and expanding margins from the prior year with new customers and in new service areas. In the Energy/Renewables segment, we continue to be one of the largest and fastest growing contractors for utility scale and distributed generation solar projects in the country and a leader in other energy related and civil projects.”

“As we advance through the fourth quarter and into 2023, we remain confident in the outlook for our business as we work to further grow our backlog of projects across our segments and provide quality service to our customers that will lead to reliable and profitable growth.”
