GUIDELINES The following guidelines have been suggested for TWO scenarios of online/digital activity: • Interacting with or mentioning SSB/SSE/SGI in your personal accounts. • Internal & External Communications on behalf of SSB/SSE/SGI

• Respect others' privacy. • Think twice before posting as digital traces are hard to remove from the internet. • Protect confidential information. • Internal memos/documents/messages should not be shared. • Be respectful of other's opinion and handling criticism. • Approach faculty/Management for grievance rederssal rather than posting online.

• SSB/SSE/SGI logos and name can be used on unofficial groups and networks in a manner that does not adversely affect the name of Sanskrithi. • Matters relating to politics,alcohol,violence,relationships etc are sensitive topics and hence must be handled with maturity. • Respect COPYRIGHTS and fair use. • Check for plagiarism. • Spelling errors, grammar mistakes can be avoided.
