June 13-17 Hone your favorite game skills through thrills and drills in volleyball, basketball, soccer and football! Then try some martial arts and gymnastics moves. Fun Friday highlights: SPARK activities and ice cream sundaes. June 20-24 Become artful in clay, ceramics and puppets as you tie dye, face paint and color. Build a birdhouse, design art tiles, jewelry and much more. Fun Friday highlight: scavenger hunt.

Wonderful World of Art 2 June 27-July 1 More art fun and even more art projects to design and create! Fun Friday highlights: art showcase and puppet show for parents and family.

CAMP 4 Travel Week

July 5-8 - No camp July 4 Become your city’s greatest explorer with hikes, bike rides and tours of Emma Wood Beach, Ventura Botanic Garden, Museum of Ventura County and City Hall. Fun Friday highlight: picnic at the State Beach.





Kitchen and Fitness Fun July 11-15 WORK OUT with Zumba, gymnastics, martial arts and other fun routines! Then WORK UP your culinary skills as you cook and learn to prepare nutritious snacks, breakfast, salad bar and a light dinner. Fun Friday highlight: creative smoothies July 18-22 Choreograph your moves, play some instruments and tune up song favorites as “The Voice” meets “American Idol” in part one of our popular music camps. Fun Friday highlight: make your own ice cream sundaes.

Music Makers July 25-29 It’s music camp part two! Even more music and trivia contests, dance routines and practice to get ready for our final performance. Fun Friday highlights: put on a show for family and friends with refreshments.

Kids Culinary (Cooking) August 1-5 Put our renovated commercial kitchen to good use! Learn to create easy, step-bystep nutritious breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner menus. Fun Friday highlights: dinner party!

CAMP 9

Robotics Camp August 8-12 It’s a FULL WEEK of LEGO® challenges to design rockets, cars, tunnels, bridges and whatever else young creative minds can build. Fun Friday highlights: showcase all of the projects you have created.

CAMP 10 Beach Camp

August 15-19 Celebrate summertime sun and surf with sand volleyball, soccer, sandcastle building and more. Fun Friday highlight: hotdog BBQ for campers and parents.

July 5-8 - No camp July 4

Practice football, volleyball, soccer and baseball skills with drills and scrimmages. Fun Friday highlight: Inspiring talks by local school coaches about what qualities they are looking for in an ideal student athlete.

DJ CAMP

July 25-29

Our own Rockbox DJ, Carlos, will introduce campers to all the skills and apps needed to become a DJ on turntables and tablets, including virtual mixing, beat matching and more. Fun Friday highlight: student DJ’s will showcase their talents as part of the “Music Makers” camp musical performance.

ROBOTICS

August 8-12

Ventura County Robotics Team 3925 will guide campers on a weeklong project building, programing and testing a robot. Fun Friday highlight: robot demonstrations by Youth and Adventure Campers for parents and friends.

Ejercicio culinario julio 11-15 Trabajar en rutinas de ejercicio divertido como Zumba, gymnasia y artes marciales y los artes culinarias. Aprender y preparar bocadillos nutritivos, desayuno, barra de ensaladas y una cena ligera. Viernes divertido: batidos creativas.

Semana de viajes julio 5-8 - cerrado lunes 7/4 Convertirse en el explorador más grande de su ciudad con caminatas, paseos en bicicleta y excursiones a Emma Wood, el Jardín Botánico, Museo del Condado de Ventura y el Ayuntamiento. Viernes divertido: picnic en la playa.

julio 18-22 Crear coreografía, tocar algunos instrumentos y cantar canciones favoritas cuando “La Voz” conoce “American Idol” en la primera parte de nuestro campo popular de música. Campo de Cocina agosto 1-5 ¡Poner nuestra cocina comercial renovada a buen uso! Crear menús para desayuno, almuerzo, merienda y cena cada uno fácil, paso a paso y nutritivo. Viernes divertido: fiesta de cena.

CAMPO 9 Robótica

agosto 8-12 Es una semana de LEGO® llena de retos para diseñar cohetes, vehículos, túneles, puentes y cualquier otra cosa mentes creativas juveniles pueden construir. Viernes divertido: exhibicíon de todos sus proyectos.

CAMPO 10 A la playa

agosto 15-19 Celebrar verano con sol y surf y con voleibol de arena, fútbol, construir castillos de arena y mucho más. Viernes divertido: barbacoa de hotdogs para padres.
