International Women’s Day Student Government Association along with support from the ABIDE Hub and Dr. Scruggs, hosted a celebration for International Women’s Day. The event held in Bernie’s provided students with an opportunity to enjoy some positive messaged stickers along with a charcuterie board full of fresh fruits, meats and crackers. Along with a presentation from Dr. Scruggs on the Women’s movement in the USA, focusing on three pivotal women who paved the way for women today.

MU’s Holi Celebration On Wednesday, March 8th Marymount University’s community came together to welcome spring and celebrate the festival of Holi, with music, food, clean white t-shirts and many, many packets of color powder! While the temperatures outside were not very spring-like, it wasn’t enough to cool off the spirit and festivity of over 80 participants who came by to enjoy the celebration and partake of the delicious Indian cuisine.

What You'll Do: Provide excellent campus tours to prospective students Be an advocate for Marymount, representing it in a positive way Work as a team with other Student Ambassadors
