Listening: Task 1: Watch this video.

Task 2: Then answer these questions: ''How many modal auxiliaries are discussed in the video? What are they? What do they express?" Task 3: Now please answer another question below: ''How do you construct sentences that express necessity?" Give examples!

Task 4: After that, answer this question: ''How do you construct sentences that express prohibition?" Give examples! Task 5: Then answer the question below: ''How do you construct sentences for giving advice?" Give examples!

Task 6: Now write sentences for expressing necessity, prohibition, and advice. Write 5 sentences for each of them.

Speaking: Task 7: Work in pairs and present your answers of Task 2 to Task 6 to the class.

Task 8: Now, work in groups of 4 students and practice the conversation like the one you have watched in Task 1.

Reading: Task 9: After that, look at the following safety signs and mention their meaning using MUST or MUSTN'T.

Task 10: Read the following text, and give some advice to Becky. Use SHOULD.

Grammar: Task 11: Work in pairs and do the followings: Construct 10 multiple-choice questions about necessity, prohibition, and advice. Share this exercise with the class. Explain the answers of the questions to the class.
