Enter reverently, pray quietly, sing joyfully, listen attentively, give cheerfully and come back gladly. Remain in the Church after Mass for some personal quiet time with the Lord, or exit quietly to the Parish Hall for fellowship and sharing. Whether you are a registered parishioner, new to our community or a visitor — Welcome to San Juan Mission

Good News

San Juan Mission Statement

Recall that for the Bishop’s Annual Stewardship Appeal we had two major goals - to exceed our previous fund raising goal and to exceed the previous number of pledges. We have met and exceeded both of these goals. Our pledges are at 50, exceeding our goal of 44; and our fundraising goal reached an amazing $10,455.

San Juan Catholic Mission adheres to the laws of Christ and the Roman Catholic Church for faith guidelines to meet all spiritual needs of the parishioners and faith community with evangelization as one of our primary goals.

Deacon Paul’s Corner The Good Shepherd

In today’s Gospel, the Good Shepherd says to us, ‘I know my sheep. They listen to my voice and follow me.’ “Listen” has two contexts here. One, of course, is just the sense of hearing; but, the other has more to do with ‘action.’ We are not called simply to physically ‘follow;’ But are called to ‘do,’ his will, ‘follow’ in the sense of following his teachings. We are called to continue to do what he wishes us to do even though we have not had the blessing of seeing him like the Apostles. We are the ones of which he spoke to Thomas — those who are blessed because they believe but have not seen. To believe in Jesus is not just to acknowledge his existence, it is to say “I believe what he teaches and will follow his teachings — make them a part of my life as best I possibly can. ~ deacon paul

Soy tu propiedad. Gracias.
