1-Sermix Origins: The Saudi Egyptian Ready-Mix Company was established in 2010, company began working on a wide scale with a licensed capital of 300 million EGP and an exporter of 80 million EGP. First factory in New Cairo, then two new ready-mix concrete factories, in addition to the main branch in Badr City and 6th of October City in the Sun Capital project. 4Designed Mixes • Before any concrete production a designed mix will be prepare. There is approved standard mix design for ready mix concrete. • All design done according to international & national specifications and codes. Specified by its required performance strength grade to any restriction on materials minimum or maximum cement content, maximum free water / cement ratio and any other properties required. • Strength testing will be from an essential part of the assessment of compliance with the specifications. • Special designs also will be prepared according to client project specifications studies with suitable safety factor. • Highly professional qualified and trained technicians are in charge of preparing these mixes under the supervision of the Q. C engineers.

• Following up this design mixes on daily bases by sampling of each strength of fresh • concrete produced for statistical studies reports.
