Las tapas de cierre se componen de una pieza metálica (chapa embutida) y una camisa de elastomero en la parte exterior. Se utilizan para el cierre de aberturas y orificios y sustituyen en la construcción de engranajes las bridas de unión u otras tapas.

End-Caps consist of a metal-component (deep-drawing sheet metal) and of a rubber sleeve on the outside. They are used to close apertures and core drilling holes. In engineering they often replace terminal flanges or lids.

Las tapas de cierre están sobre-dimensionadas en su diámetro exterior conforme a la norma DIN 3760 de forma que la instalación se realiza a presión en orificios de juntas sellantes para alojamientos de rodamiento.

In accordance with DIN 3760 the End-Caps have an excess on the outer diameter corresponding with size, so that the prefabricated plummer block-gasket sealing-drillings and press fit is achieved.

Como alternativa a las tapas de cierre estándar ponemos a su disposición tapas 250-50”, engomadas parcialmente por el exterior de la camisa.

As an alternative to the standard End-Cap there is the „half and half” End-Cap, which is only partly rubberized on the outer sheath.

Usit-Rings

Las juntas USIT se denominan también junta de tornillo p junta de unión de brida. Se componen de una arandela metálica, plana y un saliente de goma en el lado interior y/o exterior. La arandela metálica puede suministrarse en acero y/o en acero inoxidable, y el saliente de goma en NBR o en Vito.

Usit-Rings are commonly referred to as screw gasket seals or flange connection seals. They consist of a flat, metallic disc and a rubber bulge on the inside or outside. The metallic disc is available in both steel and stainless steel, the rubber seal can be delivered in either NBR or even Viton.
