PREMIUM COCKTAIL ‘DESCRIPTION’ GINGER POMELO MARGARITA A blissful combination of fresh Thai ginger, Don Julio Tequilo, Grand Marnier, Local pomelo, fresh lime, and our own housemaid grapefruit syrup. Delightfully topped with tequila pomelo air.

PEACH NEGRONI Tanqueray gin, Campari, sweet vermouth, our home-made grapefruit syrup and crushed peach is stirred with ice, strained over fresh rocks and lightly dusted with cinnamon, resulting in an only slightly sweet version of a bitter Italian classic.

WATERMELON MARTINI Freshly juiced local Thai watermelon is shaken with Ketel One vodka and honey, strained into a chilled Martini Glass, and layered with aromatic basil fog.

THAI SWEET BASIL DAQUIRI A classic daiquiri made with Pampero Silver Rum, and egg protein is given local colour with fresh Thai sweet basil leaves and palm sugar.

DOUBLE STANDARD PAPAYA FIZZ Fresh Local Thai Papaya is is crushed and double shaken with Jameson Irish Whiskey, Hendrick’s Scottish gin, freshly squeezed lime and pomegranate grenadine & egg protein with gentle fizz of soda.

FRAMBOISE FRENCH 75 Our home-made raspberry/honey/cherry brandy pearls are added to aristocratic French 75 of Hennessy VOSP and Bombay Sapphire gin, freshly squeezed lemon, honey & champagne.

MANGO FRAMBOISE SIDECAR Muddled fresh local sweet mango is shaken with Hennessey VSOP, Grand Marnier, freshly squeezed lemon and honey finished with our home-made raspberry/honey/cherry brandy pearls.

FUTRAKOMBREI Stolichnaya vodka and our home-made snakefruit and peppercorn syrup is sprayed with healthy and balancing rice wine vinegar, chilled and served in a martini glass.
