Esperemos nos puedan acompañar para celebrar como familia parroquial que somos. Did You Know? Ground was broken for the original St. Therese Church (now the school) in September 1925. The building was completed by the end of July 1926. The total cost was $75,000. A bungalow (the current Parish Center) was built to serve as a temporary rectory for Fr. Henkel for an additional cost of $4,000. The first Mass was celebrated in the church on August 1, 1926 after a simple blessing since Bishop Peter Muldoon was confined by illness in a St. Louis Hospital. Bishop Edward Hoban presided at the dedication of the church shortly after his appointment as bishop in February 1928. Sabían que…… Se empezó la construcción original de la Iglesia de Sta.
