Do you know that Catholics contribute about half as much to their parish as Protestants contribute to their congregations (1.1 to 1.2 percent of household income for Catholics, 2.2 to 2.5 percent for Protestants). To put this in context, if the typical Catholic household contributed at the same rate as the typical Protestant household U.S. Catholic parishes would receive an additional $8 billion in contributions annually. Or to put it another way, each parish would see its annual contributions double.

If you would like to request a Mass, please come to the office and request the 6pm Mass. We are now accepting Mass Intentions for 2017. If you are interested in having a Mass Intention on a special day, please come to the office and fill out a form. All Mass Intentions must be paid at the time of request. A Mass Intention is ten dollars per Mass. Masses are filled on a first come; first served basis. Just a reminder that if we have a funeral scheduled the day you requested, you will be contacted and your Mass will be rescheduled. Final/Late Registrations for Christian Formation Monday, September 26th and Tuesday, September 27th, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm in the Education Center Parents and Guardians, Christian Formation will have final/late registrations for families that still have not enrolled for the year 2016-2017 of Christian Formation.

MANDATORY RETREAT FOR CONFIRMATION CANDIDATES FIRST YEAR (8th grade) Parent/Guardian and Candidates: As part of preparation, every candidate has the requirement to attend retreats for Confirmation. Students in first year (8th grade), The first retreat will be held October 8th from 8:30am - 12:00pm. Confirmation completes the process of initiation into the Church. To makes us full members, and transfers the gifts of the Holy Spirit to us so that we can take everything we have learned and apply it to our lives in the Church. It helps us be closer to God and be more aware of Him in our lives , and His call for our participation in this life. Please help us pray for our candidates and their preparation! We look forward to seeing you there and sharing this experience with you.
